I have used both of these seeds. I see a LOT of short new hairs on the top of my head now. Seeing as hair grows 1/2 to 1 inch per month, it will take a long while for it to grow long. It is healthy, shiny and does not fall out anymore.
So far I've tried just the spray and it works like MAGIC!! It made my hair soo soft and it's helping in regrowth as well... I've tried it on my mom as well and she absolutely loves the results!! Can't wait to try the hair oil and mask next!

I have tried this recipe for bald spots earlier. It worked well. Within two week, notice baby hair growth. I would boil the mixture in water in sim for 10mins and use it as spray. People with sinus issues can reduce the amount of Fenugreek and add some more kalonji.
Take awla,reetha ,shikakai...soak them for 1 day ..strain them..take heena powder take stain water mix them with heena..leave it one night apply next morning..apply this pack once in week...it work like magic..with guarantee...

U add moringa and fenugreek powder in a bowl(depends how long is ur hair) for my hair I added 1 tbs each, mix them together, than add coconut milk(about 1 cup), mix until u get a smoothy paste, leave it aside for about 1h, than add milk again, if needed, the paste should be smooth and fluffy, apply the mask on ur hair and leave it on about an hour or 45 min

I apply different hair mask every week, I always switch between and all are good, I really didn't expected that in about 6 months since I started using, to see amazing results for my hair😍😍I'm really satisfied, I use also fenugreek, black seeds hair mask, Avocado hair mask, Aloe Vera Hair mask, and also between this, twice in a week I apply hair oil, castor, Avocado, sesame, jojoba, argan, oil and so on😍😍

I've started this today but added more through research.
Flax, Black Onion, Kalonji, Sesame, Sunflower, Fenugreek, Pumpkin, rosemary seeds and finally curry leaves.
Made the Spray. Left in a glass jar for couple hours. Strained, Drained in a bottle then sprayed.
Calm to make and brought most items from Tesco. Rest from Indian food stores.

I'm currently applying onion Juice / rosemary/ argan and coconut 2 times a week plus massage nearly everyday. Hair fall has stopped and hair is thickening nicely.
My wife's noticed new hair sprouting on my heard. Started taking this hair journey seriously end 2022, and it's working now. Takes time and patience people. Not a miracle overnight or 1 week/month thing.
Was advised to try PRP as well. Found a place in London Holborn called Hair Loss Studios. 8 Sessions for £99. Started injections on 27th May 2024. Less than month. Non surgical and no pain tbh. Let's see how this goes...

I used fenugreek oil and black seed oil for 3 months on my 4b/c hair, it really worked. My hair grew a lot and they are thicker

thank's for the video , i had try the spray method and i got wonderful result, but everytime i made the spray ,after 4 days , the spray water becomes smelly , would you mind to tell how to make spray water still fresh ? can i add some fragrant oil or something ?
U have store the spray in the refrigerator for just 3 days or u need to store them in ice cubes and thaw the ice cubes before using.
