Great video!! I am a beginner since i do Calesthenics for 6 months but I still can't do 10 Pull-Ups (actually max 8) and Dips (actually max 5) and I can do 20 Push-Ups. I very concentrate on these basic exercises and I hope I can learn something like a Muscle Up in this year
That's some fine progress. I've been doing calisthenics for 6 months, too, and I've got the results that are not dissimilar from yours, except for some subtle nuances (7 reps max for dips and 6 reps for pull-ups). Stay strong, brother, you're on the right path and you'll eventually make it
Great video. One more point to faster and healthier progress: Include warm ups, mobility flexibility and corrective exercises. Many people find them boring but for your joints, performance and reducing risk of injuries it is a best thing you can do. Also include exercises for your weak muscle points.
