If you have a rising senior who is worried about writing a college essay, this presentation may provide some of the practical information you need. A college application may require 2-4 essays no matter where they are applying. Some colleges consider the essay a tipping point of an admission decision.
About the speaker:
Margaret Bolton Baudinet graduated from UVA with highest distinction in political and literary thought, finishing her academic tenure with research at Oxford University. She also holds five years of admission experience from UVA, specializing in legacy admissions. Margaret has served as a writing coach, a counselor, and now as CEO of College Solutions. She is the proud mother of 6-year-old quintuplets; as a mother and a college advisor, she strives to see the whole person - motivations, fears, blind spots, and goals.
