Adding the jimny is likely because manufacturers use gt7 as a commercial to advertise their cars. And I'm pretty sure pd will be payed to feature some of those cars in the games. You'll never know for sure obviously. But it looks certainly like it
It's such a simple approach that Forza Motorsport has to events ... launch a new patch, have a 4 to 5 week event which features pretty much each new car. With a reward at the end of a nice new car. I just keeps giving you a reason to play the single player at least I play mostly single-player on Forza and GT7 but for me the only reason to play GT7 now is time trials and the 5 weekly rotating events + if i need some cash -- i've abandoned the idea that i'll ever get the 4 or 5 20m Credit cars as i just don't want to grind out le man and spa ad infinitum for the funds to buy the legendary cars --- plus there's no incentive to own them --- similarly when you buy a legendary car it should provide you with a new 10-race cup event for that make/class with sophy AI that grants something at the end --- it really doesn't feel like it would be that hard -- they have the core bricks to do it but they just refuse to give us any reason to buy all 500 cars as 90% of them will never leave the garage
I don't care for the extra cars though i'll take the Escort. What i'd like to see is more events, more grinding events and more tracks. The other thing that really annoys me is that we can spend all our money and time upgrading and tuning cars, but can't use the tuning in online events. Okay, BOP maybe should be applied to engine power to level things out a little but why can't we tune the rest of our cars suspension, diff, gear box etc. I also think that more should be done for the collector levels, i'm not getting any rewards for buying all these pointless high priced cars that we won't drive. I'm really divided on this game, it's like it doesn't know what to be.
Remember the end of the year update was announced a while back that they were going to do some type of Gran Turismo 1 homage demo for the 30 years anniversary for the PlayStation
I try and put a bit more of a positive spin on the updates. When you get the new engine swaps I treat it like you get a new car to tune and modify. I know the updates aren’t great but they are what you make of them
Damn, still waiting for the MNP3 to be added to real car paint in GTauto but pumped to checked out the new wheels and try out the Escort cosworth. I can’t remember if the ever advertise the added car paints outside of the selected paints when you buy the cars…fingers crossed.
They should be focusing on a Trueforce fix for the Logitech Pro wheel... and provide the enhanced ps5 pro patch... want the VR side to see some decent improvements... 😊
I'm still very new to the game as far as only 150 hrs in. Just barely got the expiring time trial by 2 seconds. I doubt I'll ever get good enough for silver or gold. I really would like to do online dailies, but I'm scared of making mistakes and pissing people off.
Just be aware that the Ferrari F50 has just recently left the legendary showroom. Hopefully it'll be in the special picks list. Maybe the engine swaps will deliver (that new Jimny has got to have one straight away)
Instead of adding new vehicles and Engine swap they Should fix the livery error And what I mean is when you apply a new livery to vehicle the PP becomes a error in which you cant change through tuning or applying a new livery which the vehicle becomes un driveable
Looking forward to the next update which will be 3 cars - another Jimny, another GTR and some useless vision GT car

“OHHH I wish there was a new Suzuki Jimny in GT7!!”… said absolutely no one in their entire life!! 😂😂😂
Interesting cars, Still waiting for Tokyo R246
That's coming in December
I try and put a bit more of a positive spin on the updates. When you get the new engine swaps I treat it like you get a new car to tune and modify.
I know the updates aren’t great but they are what you make of them
Damn, still waiting for the MNP3 to be added to real car paint in GTauto but pumped to checked out the new wheels and try out the Escort cosworth. I can’t remember if the ever advertise the added car paints outside of the selected paints when you buy the cars…fingers crossed.
I have a feeling a couple of these cars are going to be quite costly! I am looking forward to the update!
The mercedes will be the rest probably 2 million all together
Keep an eye on that classic F1 Merc, probably in the 5-10million range at a minimum👀
The reeal one costs 15 million so its probably around that range but i hope not@@naffantait
@@JuiceJedanJedini wouldn't surprise me at all
Also a bop update for gr3 would be nice but I guess I got a better chance at winner the lottery
32 gb download and a 2 day wait to install at 6pm , turning into activision
Love the Mission X but besides that this is very lackluster. At least there is more Sophie and Scapes but I want more tracks and unique cars.
Can't wait to drive fangio's f1 car in VR2 😁👍🏽
They should be focusing on a Trueforce fix for the Logitech Pro wheel... and provide the enhanced ps5 pro patch... want the VR side to see some decent improvements... 😊
I knew it wasn't going to be much. Merry Christmas to us.
we'll prolly get some Christmas update still
Is this update gonna be for PS4 also? It says server is gonna be worked on like a update is coming.
When will be possible to sell parts/engines as for the cars? I'm looking forward to this so badly
Why another Jimmy 😭😭😭😭
Like give us proper super and hypercars
I'm still very new to the game as far as only 150 hrs in. Just barely got the expiring time trial by 2 seconds. I doubt I'll ever get good enough for silver or gold. I really would like to do online dailies, but I'm scared of making mistakes and pissing people off.
Just be aware that the Ferrari F50 has just recently left the legendary showroom. Hopefully it'll be in the special picks list.
Maybe the engine swaps will deliver (that new Jimny has got to have one straight away)
Do you think it would slide if polyphony changed the 911's year to like 2022 or 2023 instead of being a half decade ancient car?
No new circuits :( That's the only think which is aspiraitonal and is the only thing I want from this game; which is lack luster.
So what are the odds the W196 R gets a wide body to transform it to the Steamliner version.
Instead of adding new vehicles and Engine swap they Should fix the livery error And what I mean is when you apply a new livery to vehicle the PP becomes a error in which you cant change through tuning or applying a new livery which the vehicle becomes un driveable
I think given the size of this update with the PS5 Pro update it’s not really surprising there’s no new track this time.
I cant wait to see the new engine swaps
Lool 2 slow jimny now, next update is lancer evo 7 or 1, 2009 gtr and 1 wipeout vgt car
