I live in Frisco in a luxury high rise and I can’t wait to move… for the price that I pay here, I should not hear anyone through the wall or above me. And there’s a doorman here. I can’t wait until my lease is up.
That’s really cheap and a nice place to live in a apartment. Out here in Los Angeles, CA. That’s what some storage units cost here or it is in the hoods where it won’t be safe for anyone at all that has a decent income.
Im going to move to DFW area around September from overseas so your videos are helping sooo much! So thank you for sharing :)) i am planning to move to Las Colinas. What do you think about that area?
Las Colinas is a nice area and very up and coming as well. I used to work there so there are plenty of restaurants, I will say that as far as things to do there’s not much there. Most people drive closer to Dallas to do things, but overall it’s nice, new and a safe area.
How about showing that place in the middle “Arlington” TX 76006. There are beautiful 2bd/2bth apartments. Nice area, a pretty neat city, close to the football 🏈 & baseball ⚾️ stadiums, Six Flags and plenty of shops, restaurants and Univ. of Texas at Arlington.
I remember commenting on one of your other vids. I’m STILL in la. 2800, 1bdr, 650 sq ft……finally can put in my transfer and move to Dallas. Ima live like a damn KING 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@endaishajanae One90 Firewheel is a really nice one. And in that area there are other apartments right next to them. The Domain at One40 is also really nice. Jefferson Woodlands is really nice too. Most of these are pretty new and they're still building in this area.
Stay in the north garland area if you do. I live in south Garland and I used to live in north near firewheel. Had a 3 bedroom 2 living room house off kingsbridge. But my daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer and we had to downsize to an apartment. But now we are paying more for the apartment than we did in the house 5 years ago. Crazy. But south garland has gone downhill the past few years.
I totally agree. I for one am not in need of all of the amenities. I'd rather have a spacious apartment and not a "cracker box" that only has 3 windows because builders now are corporations that need to get as many people as they can into their apartment complexes to make a ginormous profit.
why title this "dallas" apartment shopping. you were in Forth Worth. that's over a 30 minute drive W/OUT traffic| at best. should've just titled it Forth Worth Apartment Shopping 🙄
my music got removed :(

overall it's a good area! it has a lot of Tuscany red roof buildings and some good greenery. very safe and close to the airport :)
Las Colinas have beautiful apartments!
go to grand prairie ,Mansfield or Arlington cause it's pretty cheap but there isn't much around there compared to big cities
Pls don't live in either place

Excellent review as always, let's do restaurant reviews next, I'll buy lol. In Dallas tho.

@@AshleyRivera Asian? Frisco has a lot of good Japanese and Korean places.
You should come to Garland! There are good/new apartments here for a great price 😊

Luxury for myself is space, (lots of it) and light (the natural kind)...it looks like luxury today is small and dark with decent appliances.☹

Great review
I live in a converted loft in Deep Ellum
A lot of these apartments are built very cheaply, I live in a high rise with a concierge and I can’t wait to move!
Are you in Dallas? Honestly, I agree. Smaller and more expensive, but with more amenities (that I rarely even use).
The apartments in Fort Worth are nice but I get too nervous driving there.
how come
hm can I ask why?
@@AshleyRivera I don't know my way around very well is all.

A better question is why is the count important for you to see.
