For such expensive items surely boat builders could create a decent walk through. Might be a nice boat but it didn't sell it to me.
They don’t really need to do this. Demand far exceeds supply.
Yet again, I see twin helms where a single helm would suffice and be just as good add walk and more seating area.

Jeanneau looks very nice however the 3 year world wide coverage is misleading. I bought 410 and within 6 months had problem with the engine. I wrote emails after emails to Jeanneau and did not receive any response. The dealer just stated that my expectations were too high it usually takes many days to fix a problem like this. That is world wide coverage.

Beautiful boat, not a good tour. There was a lot of "it has this, no need to see it or explain it let's go" this is effectively real estate. Every room has 5 features, there are 2 things interesting about each feature and 2 things standard... show them. In the same amount of time you could have given us 25 times the information well still presenting it in an appealing way.
Thanks for the comment. I agree completely. The presentation of the sailboat was done by the seller. I personally did not have the opportunity to test this model. I took the opportunity to show the Jesnneau at least in this way.

A Coastal vacation yacht for the average sailor....I wouldn’t cross oceans or sail in the southern ocean with this ...no way! The term blue water sailing yacht is getting more and more abused....for marketing purposes !

There is blue water and blue water. This yacht would be fine for an Atlantic circle going with the trades at the right time of year. I agree, the Southern Ocean would be a different thing all together.
When I retire I want to buy an ocean crossing capable sailboat. Any recommendations on where I can become knowledgeable on what to look for before then? Thanks kindly from Canada.
