I agree with your assessment of OH. Anytime I’m in their distribution footprint and I see it on the shelf I typically grab a couple 4 packs. $20-$24 per hurts a bit but at least I know I’m getting something I know I’ll at least like. Cheers!
~~~ Other Half recently showed up on shelves here in Orlando. I thought their DDH Double Citra Daydream was the best I've had. This comes from a self professed NOT BIG IPA GUY. The All Citra Everything was also very good. Just what we need for the 95 (feels like 100) days of summer. Not cheap, but the quality cannot be questioned. Nice review. CHEERS !!! ))))))))))))))
Definitely agree that Other Half makes great beer, especially getting them off the shelf, but there must be a big price difference between NJ and here outside of Philly. Green City is at a minimum $20 a 4 pack, with many of there double ipas going from $25 to $30. I just cant do it for the principle of it. I have got to the register of places and told $30 and have to apologize and bring it back.
Was just at their brewery in the finger lakes. Beautiful location. Had a flight, all were very good to excellent. Wanted to get some cans to go but their pricing was strange, you could get a 4 pack of any one beer for $16 but a mixed pack or individual cans were $9 per can. Crazy!👎🏻
@@tomslu9095 within the last 3 or 4 years. They had a dogfish head brewhouse near where I live and it was always empty. They ended up closing it down last year.
