Below the water will be a huge bicycle parking: you can enter with your bike left-below, and walk directly into the metro and railway station right-top. On top of the parking will be the place for tourist boats. The sum is 9 meters deep: it takes quite a lot of effort to dig that deep and restrict the parking from floating up.

@@markovermeer1394 We've done the same in Britain, parking bicyles, supermarket trollies, cars etc, but we don't bother with the expense of building first. Not many tourist boats on our canals, though. ;-)

They are building an underground bicycle garage. It is scheduled to be completed by Summer 2023
