@@CassThompsonConsulting I'd be curious to hear more about people who are not all just one thing; for instance I don't think our society really rewards polymaths so if you don't go straight down one path in your career you won't necessarily reap the financial benefits that others do. But people often have multiple interests and detours in their work lives as well as in their creative ones. Hope that helps! And thank you for all you do!!

I’m sooooo glad you did this UA-cam!!! It’s taking me 59 years to get to this point- my balance and lower stress is so important!
A lot of times i have heard that it's better to be a master of 1 particular skill or task rather than ordinary at many things - as per the saying goes " Jack of all trades but master of None " so my question was will it be beneficial to work in a small company as a specialist or in a large company as generalist ? In terms of making more money at faster rate bcoz the problem is there is a fixed growth in top companies in a normal routine. So how to break the chain & rules to achieve exceptional growth without getting stuck in age old career ladder corporate system that offers not much to the employees but works for the owners very well..
