- Trooper's Report:
On 05/22/2024 at approximately 1:58PM, I TFC. Trevor Stevenson #266 observed a white Mercedes displaying fictitious tags
(DA939897) on Mann Road near Stardust Trail. I initiated my lights to stop the vehicle. The vehicle appeared as if he were
going to turn onto Stardust, but then remained on Mann.
As I exited my patrol vehicle, the suspect, later identified as Carl Lee Daniel, began to flee in the vehicle at a high
rate of speed. As the pursuit continued, Daniel turned left(south) onto Wilderness Road. Daniel was driving at a high rate of
speed, driving all over the roadway and failing to stop at stop signs. When Daniel came to the intersection of Wilderness and
Mabelvale Cutoff, he was unable to make the turn due to his speed. Daniel hit a dirt embankment, disabling the vehicle before
coming to final rest. Daniel was commanded out of the vehicle at gunpoint to which he complied without further incident and
was placed in hand restraints.
While Daniel was being placed in my patrol vehicle, a search of his vehicle was conducted with the findings of a sandwich bag
containing approximately 2 ounces of marijuana and a 20 fl. Oz. Sprite bottle with a pink liquid in it, later discovered to be
promethazine from what Daniel stated. Daniel stated he fled because he was sipping on his drink.
The marijuana and drink were confiscated and submitted to the ASCL for testing.
Carl Lee Daniel was transported to Pulaski County Detention Facility without further incident and charged with the following:
27-14-306: FICTITIOUS TAGS,
27-14-701: OWNER FAIL TO REGISTER VEHICLE - EXPIRED TAGS,

Trooper Byrd pulled up for moral support after just taking out a white Dodge Charger.🤣
Nope, look at the time - Byrd's TVI was approx. 1.5 hours later 😉
I am glad the officer was able to wait for backup. Safer for everyone involved.
Duh. It’s policy.
@@WoodyMan04 Duh, because it is safer for everyone involved.
Safer for the officer in many ways

Never even made it through the first turn.
Hey it's tough to turn the wheel when your chitlins are up against it.😮😮😮
I was surprised that he was still in the car. Thought he would have run. Then I saw the size of him.
😂😂😊
He said he was shot maybe his buddy was In the car and bailed
💯❤️ Arkansas 💙🇺🇸
Its just amazing these idiots running from police at very high speeds putting civilians in danger..
And when caught wanting compassion for either a sore back, leg, ankle, shoulder, arm, wrist or whatever 🙄
So much respect for Arkansas not coddling criminals 👏👏
nothing like the trooper going 80 through a residential mid day chasing him. Now you have two reckless drivers. Doesnt really matter Arkansas is a shithole anyway.
@@alwillk
Thanks for voting for Biden 🙄
@@alwillkyes lets just let criminals do drugs while driving down those same roads. Im sure he wont ever run over a kid playing.
@@John_Redcorn_ It works in San Francisco, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, and every other Democrat Hellhole, so why not Arkansas?
The cops put the civilians at risk by chasing him through a residential neighborhood
At first I thought he would bail and run, but then I saw him
😂😂😂
Yup. Run. Er he probably can't spell it.
yeah...like his college mate in the other video in the white toyota camry.....
Bail and waddle.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The second trooper is Byrd and his SIU companion from the earlier vid of him crashing the White Charger
The Legend have an accident investigator just following him around to do the TVI report? 😂😂😂😂
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Byrd having a busy day
Yes that is Legendary Trooper J. Byrd
I knew it! That was him.
When that one whole second you gained while the trooper was out of his car isn't quite enough.
Trooper called it. He knew what time it was
Money for a nice Benz, no money for registration, no money for insurance. Typical of that group.
More concerned about styling and profiling. I used to work at Hertz and when these types returned the cars, all of the Hertz identification labels and stickers were removed. And it was always the Cadillacs and Lincolns. Never failed!!
most likely from a buy here pay here store. $500 down and 18% interest
yep....merc can really be proud to supplie their merch to these folk......sales must really be down....haha....
psh that's a C(heap) Class with the food stamp engine...

The oil pan has left the chat…..
I was trying to figure out where that smoke was coming from. Bingo.
🤣🤣
if he wasn't riding around sipping his drank and smoking weed in the afternoons he could get a job and pay for a tag, insurance, his fines and get his license back!
yeah...he actually "could" BUT didn't....
He still could have but he chose not to.
And get a gym membership.
Heavy duty had no intention on running in those spooky ole woods.
Usual criminal.
You got to be fair: Not everybody can steal 100k to silence a prostitute.
You know they cherry pick these? Right?
@@MA-oj8zk You sound hurt. Get back on your meds.
What's hilarious is the Trooper got a look at the dude through the back window and KNEW he was going to drive off. Stereotypes are stereotypes because they so often are true. Past experience guides future expectations. That trooper knew what was up once he saw the dude.
@@Hawkeye-zp8bv usual suspect
I'm starting to recognize these officers across the various videos.
Should be charged extra with every stop sign, run!
Someone didn't read the trooper's report.
I'm pretty sure they do stack the charges like that.
Where do they all come from? Is there no hope? No education, apparently no stable parenting, no future, no goals .... What a shameful waste of human lives ... and at this age, decades of this lifestyle to look forward to. This is sad.
Sadly, all walks of life, and for many, due to all sorts of reasons, there is no hope for people that do such things. Sometimes, I wonder why governments worry about population decline, when maybe that is what the world needs.
Section 8 housing.
What's even sadder is that those of us who have 2 parents, complete college, have a great job, license, insurance, title, etc. Still get grouped with these morons 🙄
2:25 they always think that's such a slick move. Waiting for the cop to get out of the car...
Gaining 2 secs at max. No idea how they thing 2 secs could get them an advantage.
Nobody has ever claimed or proven they are a smart bunch of people.
Suspended license with no insurance is like RSTLNE on Wheel of Fortune. It's damn near every time.
I was wondering why he didn't run... HE COULDN'T
Love that Trooper No nonsense 👍💜💜💜
"You didn't see that blue stripe? You don't get away from the blue stripe." 😂😂😂😂
Not very often anyways
That was cold af 💪
That's right up there with, _"What we've got here is, failure to communicate. Some men, you just can't reach..."_
Very intelligent and patient pursuit by Trooper Stephenson.
Byrd with the assist
Dude is as wide as he is tall
Another upstanding citizen that decided to evade and possibly kill w car.
Although we did run from the police with the car, he was cooperative in the end and lives to see another day. No stupid ass drama.
Usual suspects
I’m just on my way to my Job at McDonald’s, that’s how I bought this Mercedes.
Just a fine citizen on his way to film another TV commercial. Surely the cops are mistaken.
"You see them blue stripes? You don't get away from them blue stripes." Awesome.
So the pink liquid was actually an anti-nausea medication known as Phenergan (which is still prescription only). Similar to Dramadine, it is used to treat allergy symptoms, motion sickness, nausea, and pain. Side effects include sedation, dehydration, and (in case of overdose) respiratory failure.
Not unlike a benedryl nap, so I hear.
I seriously don't understand why anyone would be sipping on it. I need it for medical reasons. I'm curious to know if sipping on it is a thing for druggies?
No it's a cough syrup with codeine in it.
Druggies love it. They even use it on blunt wraps for Marijuana. Most doctors do not prescribe this anymore.
@@angelface0622 One of the formulas, yes...

It's what they do!
Carl isn't getting his car back, if it even is his. It will be auctioned or crushed.
He’ll just steal one. And the cycle continues…
He's culturally appropriating white man's name. Imagine what his community and white guilt libby's would say if a white man was name Treyvontavious.
That red Mustang with the blacked windows practically shit himself when he saw the cop. That guy was _SO_ riding dirty it hurts. Probably 20oz of fentanyl and half a kilo of meth, and a half dark bottle of Tito’s in the passenger seat. After the cop turned right, he pulled into the next parking lot and cried for half an hour in the fetal position.
Yep, as soon as he saw the trooper in his side mirrors, he just nope the f*ck out and immediately pulled back.🤣
"After the cop turned right, he pulled into the next parking lot and cried for half an hour in the fetal position."
🤣
😂😂😂😂
Stereotypes living up to the Stereotype.
Ol boy says I’ve been shot 14 times before, he’s lucky that number wasn’t increased that day.
His weight was a contributing factor why the vehicle couldn't move at top speed.🤣
😅😅😅😅😅😅
Trooper Byrd is back up - again with the man in the SIU west... the same duo, while Byrd took the Charger off going the wrong way... interesting
People want to drive a fancy car but don’t want to register it.
or in their cases, buy it.
You can't park there!
I was asking myself why the driver didn't try to flee on foot after he went into the field, then they got him out of the car and that answered my question.
Bravo! Mike!!
Just saw that same SIU dude in your last video.
Yes. What's SIU stand for?
@@Jorge-mg7or The second Trooper is Byrd with that dude. Special Investigation Unit maybe?
@@GKsGS400sounds more important than Trooper Byrd TVI Investigation Squad 😅
Troopers last words... 7:28 You didn't see the blue stripe? You never get away from the blue stripe!
There's a serious issue with people running from the cops in Arkansas. Does one of them have to wipe out a whole crosswalk full of kids before anything is done about it?
I'm shocked🙄
Just to think they would get away from the police confirms how naive they are. Plus damages to their vehicle, arrest, fines, possible jail time and criminal sheet. Poor judgment indeed.
Guess who again ???
I understand " fight or flight" instinct. Why anyone would think it's better to run, get a bunch of extra charges and screw up your car is beyond reason.
When certain people buy a Mercedes, I wonder if the salespeople wager on how long it will be until it's in a felony pursuit?.
Homie Gettin’ His ‘Purple Drank’ On! 🤪
Bravo, Mike
Let me guess. Yup I was right.
Right?! I feel like I'm almost a psychic whenever I watch these body cams. It's wild how accurate my predictions are.
lol I thought for sure it was the copper Mustang going down at the beginning of this video even with the title
Usual suspect
Wow, they caught a criminal mastermind.
surprise surprise surprise NOT, it is an usual suspect.
Mercedes and Chargers are the cars they love. It's nice when they actually PAY for it.
Actually he is 1.5us
Problem race
I was shocked, SHOCKED that the guy was fatter than I imagined. Other than that, the real question is 1) do they have the nappy brain sucking space squid still attached or 2) are they covering it with a bonnet/shower cap? Like Ivory soap, 99.9%.
Trooper: “You didn’t see that blue stripe? You don’t get away from the blue stripe.” Savage. 😂😂
The title gave it away “sipping on Promethazine”. Only blacks drink “purple” aka “lene”. Great job Trooper.
Oh look, the 13%.
What a classic way to total a late model Mercedes.
Never seen that, tagging fleas sipping on promethazine but I have taken note of fleas drinking my beer spilled in the cup holder.
Is that Trooper Byrd that showed up to assist?
Is there any diversity on this channel? Same folks 95% of the time.
Before i started watching the video, Pat, I would like to solve
🤣🤣🤣
When a foot pursuit just isn’t in the cards!
Wow he ruined a perfectly good mercedes
In the video we can see a badge and gun never cleared the trunk space, scary!
The Merc’s suspension couldnt handle the payload 😂
Who is the SUI person. Saw him in several ASP videos
I'm surprised that the trooper didn't ask the driver to roll down all the windows so he could see if the driver was telling the truth that there were no other passengers.
One thing about it....that tubby wasn't going to run for it.
Just another law abiding citizen....NOT!
I was genuinely surprised to see that it was not a Caucasian gentleman exiting the car at the Officer's instructions.
.....OH...look who it is. Although stopping in the middle of a live lane during a traffic stop was a good clue.
Very smart officer not approaching the vehicle without back up. Calm too.
I was expecting only for this occasion, that it wasn’t the usual suspects, boy I was wrong.
So many haven't gotten the memo that ASP will usually get if you run.
Give the perp credit for no underwear quotient.
Mister Five by Five
Five feet tall and he’s five feet wide
That looks like Officer Byrd with the assist
Tubs knew escaping on foot wasn't an option.
Before they get there license back they should have to go to driving school !
No DUI for sipping promethazine while driving? Lame.
Did he leave him in the back with a tach vest with magazines in it?...😂
How did I guess it would be the usual suspects? 😅😅😅😅
I don't understand why people try to pull this stiff with a fictitious plate when they know the cops are out there hunting citizens all day long.
Arkansas State Police don’t play!,
Am I bad for being able to guess the race before the guy even got out 😥
Give the bloke a break man ,he can't breath without his phone and needs baby momma a cigarette and can his cousin pick up the Merc ,Oh and why you even stopping me ?
Nice car! Proving the value of a Harvard degree. 😉
The guy makes bad decisions. Probably will spend his life in and out of prison.
Because taking off always works so well...
I've heard of marijuana once or twice before🤭, but never heard of ''promethazine''!
It is an anti nausea medication.
I can just see the beginning and know what cilir the suspect is.
Another Bravo Mike with the official hairdo!
Yes!!!
It looks like all this guy needed to do is skip a few meals and he could have paid for his insurance and license.
