Hello Erin ..
I hope you are doing well ..
I want to ask if you know how to align two object next to each others in MS word. All the available options dose not do what i need. it is only measure alignment from left or right or center. What I'm looking to do is two objects, the first one from left and the second from right.
Doing it manually is such a headache, specially if I'm trying to draw a basic Isometric cube with different dimensions.
I use LibreOffice drawing, it has almost the same features of Microsoft.

That is an interesting question! Unfortunately, I am not aware of other ways in Word to align multiple objects other than from left, right, or center as you mentioned. Perhaps the grid lines would be useful?

Yes, definitely, it would be useful. But it is much if better if there is a direct method for this purpose.
After you insert/draw your shape, select then go to the format tab, and you will find alignment options.

I wanted to know how to add a column and horizontal spacing lines to an existing pdf spreadsheet. Anybody can give me information?

if you mean in the same cell adding new line, you may try alt+enter after you get into the cell.
for horizontal spacing you have to do it manually. Doing TAB will not work in excel as in Word.
