I would suggest you look at other youtube restorers before making the next video.... Stain does not stick to oil paint (left to much in the corners). There is a lot to learn, but please don't teach others to do the same mistakes. Also you have the perfect tools, just learn to use them properly. The large scraper was incorrectly used. Same goes for removing the nails. Use another wood offcut to lift the nail, not bend it. It will come out easy! Best of luck - but I am not impressed
There is putty in the corners, not oil paint, all the paint has been removed. Nails are removed to get rid of them quickly and however convenient, there are no rules for removing nails, the same applies to removing paint.

Maybe you should have used a lighter wax.
I thought so too, but the oil was lighter on the sample, it was the old wood that took it so badly. I'll learn a lesson for the future.
