Hi.... Sales order and invoice are different... Sales order is sent to the vendor requesting for the stocks... Invoice is given by vendor when the customer makes the purchase....

Sales order and invoice are different. When your supplier/vender supplies goods to you a commercial document called invoice is prepared which contains details of goods with value and tax etc. You are reqired to make payment of the invoice.
