    So useful. Just what I need as I work towards becoming a more independent player. Including the key of each riff in the tab helps a lot. More of this kind of thing please.

    The quick, multiple pull-off riff is one of the very few licks that the great Jeff Beck played more than once. He picked it up probably from Cliff Gallup and used it in many different genres. It took him years to get it out of his system. Almost everything else he played seemed to be bespoke, off-the-cuff improvisation.

    I tried having "some riffs in my back pocket I could pull out of my hat" but I ended up with my thumb up my nose. Nice lesson, by the way!
