Nice Locking style 7" quad, the Foldy Dalprop do seem like a must for this quad. Seems like a great 7" quads for vacations, so compact. Seeing the props up so high looks different, agree with the front motors being lower than the rear. But for spacing savings, and cinema style flying with a Gopro seems like a OK choice. Great review Albert!!!
i'm not real sure if my brain is telling me that this is over-engineered or not, but the locking mechanism is on point.

Nice 7 inch quad to carry around, the foldable arms is a great concept. There are somethings to improve, but overall it is a great quad.

I love the concept, but I totally agree that the arm geometry needs to change - and there should be a way to fold down antennas - maybe something similar to the ball-cup joints that airbladeuav designed

Could you invert the front motors to help with the staggered arm design? Or would there not be enough clearance to fold it? Super interesting drone. I’m definitely considering this one.
The one big attraction to camera drones is the compact size. I have a couple of camera drones and everything fits in a small box, controller, batteries, drone, extra props. I do like concept of folding carbon fiber quads, they have a nice appeal and like you said, can store it in your car for the just in case moments. The folding design seems much improved over the previous version. I like the folding dalprops, they further enhance the compactness. Great Review.
What would you consider a “just in case moment”? I’m genuinely curious - I can imagine many scenarios where it would be useful to have a drone in the car, but do you mean emergencies? I’m nervous about storing LiPos in the car, and charged ones at that…
@@TheVeganarchism A slight misunderstanding, by no means should one store Li-Pos in a car for any extended period of time. The drone itself can be left in the car, with less stuff to move back and forth. A "just in case" moment is... I have free time or take a moment to fly.

I would like to see it with the rear arms on the top and the front arms on the bottom of the chassis as you had suggested. I had a little thought. Did you try flying it with the original propellers that they provided? I noticed what you had said about having bobbles during flight.
I was just thinking, maybe there’s a slim possibility that those propellers on a staggered arm frame causes vibration or bobbles ?
I mentioned it in the video that I flew it with both and it flew the same.
