After that stump stool I think it’s time for a finishing forgotten diys video :) I feel like we all have a drawer of forgotten craft projects somewhere
I mean, it's a stump, though. How much finishing does it need? Leaving some bark is fine.
yeah same. but sometimes it can be good. you sometimes come back to it with renewed vigor. or do like me and my mom, she got a bunch of beads, didnt do anything with it for more than 10+ years but now its getting used in earrings. and maybe more? lol.
Folks on Ravelry call these UFOs -- UnFinished Objects. I have several good-sized plastic bins of knitting, weaving and crocheting UFOs.
Seeing Danielle and Clarke was so nice. I hope they are doing well and would love to see you give them a makeover for a space
It was 😢 I'm glad that they're doing well and kept amazing DIY gifts that stood the test of time.
Yes! So glad you all keep in touch!! (*Claire)
I started crying from seeing them
I’m so happy they’re ok
Yess, I love Danielle so much I almost cried.
I didn’t expect some grandma goodness, she’s a sweetie, she’s beaming and clearly so proud of you Kelsey.
Missed seeing Kelsey and Becky together on screen! I would LOVE if there was another Style Selected / competition type vid with teams this time! Like Kelsey/Rochelle VS Becky/Rachel 😆
What a cool video concept of showing the pieces in different people’s homes! And how wonderful to see Claire and Daniella again. 🥺🤍 Lots of love from Germany!
I didn't think I'd get emotional seeing Daniella and Claire but here we are. Obviously love everyone at tsg but as a long time watcher and subscriber I love seeing some old familiar faces as well!
I love that y'all kept so many last minute gift ideas bc it proves again they're actually good gifts too
10:10 Margaret sounds so sweet when she was describing the coffee table!
CRYING at the Daniela and Claire cameos 🥹
I’m so glad we got to see everyone including Daniella & Clare!! I hope they’re doing awesome in their new positions but I do miss seeing them in videos
That clip from Kelsey's Grandma was actually the cuuuutest thing ever!!
OMG! Seeing Daniella and Claire is such a treat!!! 😊🫶🏼 all good vibes to you girls!!
It’s SO COOL that you guys included past employees and current employees with DIY’s that have been kept over time. Really awesome seeing those night stands. DID NOT realize how long it’s been and how long I’ve been following your channel!!! I love it
I love seeing old DIYs in the background of new videos!! They're like lil eastereggs🥰
The DIY not mentioned I'm most curious about is the miniature apartment in the roadside crash guard! So curious if its still there, or if the city took it down.
I’m pretty sure Kelsey went and took it down due to peoples’ concerns. I swear I saw a video about that
I don’t think I saw this one! how long ago was this?
They wrote in the comments of the original video that they took it down out of extreme caution as the hole actually served a purpose
I love grandmas coffee table, and her cute little Papillon too!
Kelsey’s grandma and her little dog Gabe are adorable!
I would love to see an honest review of DIYs that you think didn't turn out or that you didn't want to keep. Remember you did a video ages ago and I loooved the honesty!!
the corner of the dupes is definitely my favorite part!!! the bookshelf is to die for!
The pure genuine excitement and happiness I felt From seeing Danielle and Claire!! Seeing that y’all are still friends with them made me so happy
Loved this episode. It was really nice seeing how the past DIYs have held up over the years & seeing who the current owners are of them. I also loved seeing past TSG members pop up & showing their DIYs too. Very sweet memories. Thanks!
I love this, like jumping in a Time Machine. I remember when you did them all. Excited to see what the new year brings.
A fun trip down memory lane!!
It's either I forgot Danielle quit or never questioned why she's not in the videos anymore. Wow. And I forgot about the look of the previous office. It was so cosy.
Yeah it was briefly mentioned in one of the videos maybe vlog in the new office. I feel like it was during the pandemic too.
I'm glad Rachel is still there. I was worried for her at first. The jealousy from someone was PALPABLE
Omg juicy, who@@helenamirian908
omg mind to share the tea?@@helenamirian908
@@helenamirian908 huh? from who?
I have thought about the outdoor miniature a few times. How has it held up?
Loved to see all the old projects, crazy how long ago some of them were.
Would love to see more diy organizer videos
Omg Kelsey make sure your grandma knows she killed this clip
Ugh your office has so much character and probably so inspiring for anyone in the office 💕
By the way the leaves fell are facing and how the branches migrated, I say it needs more light ☺️ try plant lights, you can get bulbs and put them into any lamp annnd they’re a subtle vibey purple tone. I got mine for the depot. Love ya! 🫶🏼
Becky's bar cart was the best...my all time favourite❤
the fact that i remember every diy just shows how long ive been watching you guysss. xx
It’s so crazy watching this and seeing how long I’ve been watching, literal years ❤
I love this video because it really shows how DIY and decor can really touch a ton of people’s lives. You gift, and reuse, and regift, and things live on in everybody’s houses. A little piece of love and a friend everywhere. Love it!!
I'm so interested in if Rachel kept any of the diys she made for her apartment!
I love this video concept! It's always cool to see how past DIYs are standing the test of time. Also fun to see a couple of past TSG faces! Hope all are doing well and Happy New Year! ❤
I think, I’m about to start asking for the POS stand from the ornament video that Rochelle made, on every video y’all post😂 I neeeeddd that how to!!!
Such a good idea! Love to see where all those projects ended up and I'm so glad that so many of them are actually in use. Sustainability FTW!
Loved seeing all these old DIY's! You two have grown so much, it's heartwarming to watch!
this made me realize how long i’ve been watching you all! so much success and growth over the years i hope yall are proud because you should be!
Omg how did I miss this video?!?! So nice to see Daniella and Claire!! I love that they still have DIYs. I love these videos. A trip down memory lane. I have been watching you all since the beginning!!!💖💖💖💖
Grandma has great vibes 😍
Why am I crying? 😅 I remember so many of these when they were posted!! So nice to see Daniella and Claire!!
I made the same pants after seeing Kelsey's!!. I absolutely LOVE them. Thank you for sharing the past DIYs. I am looking forward to seeing lots of wonderful future projects from The Sorry Girls in 2024.
This was so fun! I remember almost every DIY you showed. I started following you guys about 8 years ago and it’s been so cool seeing how much going grown as DIYers and as a channel. ❤️
Love love love all of them!! Wish the entire TSG team a very happy and healthy new year ❤🎉
I didn't realize how long I have been subscribed until watching this video and seeing DIYs from years ago!

Just discovered your channel today and am an instant fan! I’m so impressed with your projects and unique style! So impressively creative and resourceful. ❤
Happy New Year TSG🍾🎊. Love y’all and your channel so much. Keep up the great content you share with us.
Someone said you should use that tree stump as an excuse to make a "finishing DIYs" video and I totally agree!!!
I'm actually currently finishing a very large stump, and it can be a lot more difficult than it looks! Depending on where you got the stump, the condition of it, and what kind of tree it came from, the experience can be drastically different.
The stump I'm working on was left outside in the rain, and I was too lazy to dry it (because I don't have a kiln and don't wanna wait 20 yrs for it to fully air dry), and it ended up molding quite bad.
I had to kill the mold, remove the bark so it will dry quicker (removing damp bark is harder than dry bark), set up two heaters at each end for a few days (normally not recommended because heating wood unevenly will cause more cracking as it dries), chisel away the uneven parts from the chainsaw, and ATTEMPT to sand it. I say attempt because it is an elm tree stump, and I learned from this project that elm wood is somewhat of a nightmare to work with, it is extremely difficult to split or sand.
The bright side of elm wood being difficult to split is that I am less worried about any extreme cracks from applying uneven heat, elm has an interlocked grain so despite the wood cracking, they are small and it seems to be holding itself together and is definitely drying.
I was finally able to bring it back inside (fingers crossed it's dry enough to not mold again), and I plan to let it air dry for the rest of the year, and if the cracks get bigger, I'll hit it with the heaters again and fill the cracks with a pretty resin.
Like literally, I WISH it was always as easy as just bringing a stump into your home and leaving it be.... A few years ago I did find the perfect stump outside, I brought it in and enjoyed it as is for several months. It was already dry enough, beautifully smooth bark... BUT it was infested with wood crickets!!! I didn't notice for a long time, and opted to toss it as we were moving anyways.
I loved this video! I was so happy that I remembered all the items except that white desk. I’ve been watching for so long!
What a sweet video! Loved seeing some old SG team. I've been watching since 2017 and these DIYs still impress me!
I loved this! Makes me realize I’ve been seeing your content a LONG time. So fun. ❤
So many memories! So many favorites! My ultimate fav is Becky's book side table. This was so fun to see so many projects living on.
Nice throw back. I stopped watching your channel about three years ago so it was nice to see Daniella and Claire! See yall again in three year lol!
This so awesome of you all to share all theses all old Days. Yes so so happy they live on. Sweet. Totally a fan.
That was such a fun romp down memory lane. Thank you!
Just last week, I wondered what I could possibly use some old hardware cloth for and now you reminded me of a good idea!
Love this as the first vid of the new year! Such a great look back at all the amazing projects before diving into 2024!
what a trip! I remember sooo many of these videos lol ❤
I started following TSG five years ago when recovering from concussions, and they started my UA-cam addiction! 😂 Love you guys! And so good to see Claire and Daniella!
This was the perfect time for this video to come out. I’ve been searching for a plant stand in a certain wood but guess I can just DIY it 😍
That was so much fun!! Thanks for sharing with us!! 😊
Thanks ladies, Happy New Year. Didn't realise I've been watching for 3+ years!
Wow nostalgia, the first video I ever saw was Becky’s book bookshelf side table and I’ve been hooked ever since! Nice work over the years!!

Do you remember how long ago that was? I just found a roll of that wire mesh and want to make baskets!
I subscribed because of your miniature world ☺️ and I'm now a big fan of all your work !!! Keep on going ❤
So cute!!! Kelsey’s grandma 🥹
So fun to see where things ended up, how they were updated, and that they’re not throwaway pieces! 🙌
It was so nice seeing Claire and Daniella!
I still have my cutout jeans I made from your tutorial too! I wear them all the time and always get asked where I got them!
YAY! kEEP GOING! LOVE THEM ALL!
I am curious about the guard rail upcycle/vandalism 😃 you did. Is it still there or was it taken down?
Oh wow, that coffee table at Kelsey's Grandma's-- that was the first Sorry Girls video I ever watched! Whew what a throw back!
Love Them!
Danielle!! So nice to see her again.
Claire and Daniella!!!! Justin’s diy is my fave!!
I was hoping to see the pallet swing somewhere 😢 I made one myself and love it!!!
How about checking back in with some of the spaces you made over? There were the cabins on the lake and a garage? barn? that was turned into a bar, party, hangout space?
