That really broke me, his story made me cry, one way I know that he is a trickster and he couldn't die this easy but another part of me tells me that he died really and he will never back, I just can't stop crying, it's so hard to realize that he could never be back, I feel like a half of me died with him, a story is closed a circle is full, I just can't accept it all, I need him alive and I still believe in his tricks and god's powers, he can't be dead but I think that they will never bring him back, he once faked his death and I hope that he will do it again, he is the God of mischief and he will not be bullied by a dull creature named Thanos. There are leaked pix from the A4 set in Georgia showing the re-doing of the end of Avengers. My feeling is, if they can't leave Loki dying bravely and honorably, or have him help defeat Thanos, then leave him be. Sick of all this game-playing with his fate by Marvel!

He is dead, and even if he isn't, he still would have died by the snap anyway.
All I can say is, that Loki held a special place in all our hearts, and even if he doesn't return into the MCU, he will always return in fanfiction, and then that will become canon in the MCU just like Boba Fett or Darth Maul. I'm being completely serious.

I did not cry during the movie nor after the movie but when i watch these videos and realize that he really died, i just burst into tears. Loki was the first fictional character i really fell in love with and although after two years, i´ve found many more favorite characters, i´ll never forget how much i love him.

OH MY WORD. I've seen tons of videos today alone, but this one has a special place in my heart.
Firstly, some of the references Loki may be making makes me think that he may think that he's going to get out of this one alive (and I still hope that's the case) but it makes it all the more painful to watch him die. And secondly, Thor's reaction is perfect.

Also he's a jotun not an Aesir, so he should 1. turn back to his blue frost giant form and/or 2. fade away into stardust like frigga and odin did.

Oh, this video is so moving, so many feelings... I can't stand Loki's death, I simply can't.
You know what I almost want to see....Loki having indeed survived/brought back with the gauntlet, only to find Thor gone. Either from sacrifice to bring him back, or died avenging him against Thanos, and we get a Loki movie dealing with him trying to find his place now with no Asgard, and no brother.
It would actually make sense if they did that because in my opinion they should use the soul stone and the soul for a soul tactic but thor would have to give his soul for Loki’s so when he comes back he’s all confused and doesn’t know what’s happening and he’s been gone for the entire time of infinity war and so he is freaking out and then he asked where is Thor and he kind of does the thing that drax did in guardians 2 when quill stayed behind to finish off ego and he gets on the ship and keeps yelling,”ROCKET! WHERE IS QUILL!!”
No one will answer him so he just has to figure it out himself and you get the other half of the story where it’s not Thor looking for and mourning for Loki, you get Loki mourning for Thor.

That's not true, Thor always has loved Loki. Loki's death was what really broke Thor inside, He loved his brother no matter what many say, that he didn't because he used to bully him, the thing is, Thor grew wiser. He realised it was wrong so he stopped. In the end, there was no length that he wouldn't go to in order to avenge him, he never lost faith on loki, even when Loki lie to him time and time again.. I Love them both, and they both love and need each other, I hope Loki could be back and they both get to hug, Thor feels lonely without him... I imagine Thor had a lot of these memories flashing through his mind as he pushed himself beyond the impossible to avenge Loki.
Surviving the full power of a star, overpowering all six Infinity Stones, Thor only pushed himself to achieve these impossible feats because Loki died.
They truly are family and both bring out the best in each other. With Loki pushing Thor to surpass his godly limits, and with Thor pushing Loki to not just be the God of Mischief, but something more.

My favourite thing about the Loki fandom is how we look for every reason possible that Loki is not dead.
Loki saved Thor's life 4 times over the course of 5 movies, in: 1) Thor, when he alerted Odin to their visit to Jotunheim, 2) Dark World, (both Thor and Jane) which was totally ignored in... 3) Ragnarok, by arriving with the rescue ship, and 4) Infinity War, by producing the tesseract. Thor saved Loki in Dark World, but has he done so clearly in any of the other movies?
On the 3) there's something we have to remember. He arrived in that ship because Thor's plan was to send korg to the garage where he left Loki paralized, he figure out that Korg would be able to see the device and press the off botton that would stop Loki's electroshock when he arrived there, and that would give Loki the chance to decide to go with them or scape in other ship if he wanted to, becaused Loki betray Thor, Loki said it himself, he was gonna let Thor to get capture, but this time Thor was prepare, he anticipate it Loki's betray, so he electroshock Loki, in order to be able to escape from Sakaar and go to Asgard to try to saved his people, that's why Thor tells Loki:
"Dear brother you're becoming predictable I trust you and you betray me round and round in circles we go, Loki life it's about growth it's about change but you seem to just wanna stay the same, I guess what I'm trying to say is you'll always be the god of mischief, but you could be more"
Many don't see that Thor was accepting the fact that Loki will always be the god of mischief but on his words he was trying to give Loki the opportunity to discover that apart from that he can grow and be even better, he was trying to give him and advice and teach him a lesson.. I think Thor must remember what Odin was trying to teach him when he cast him out on earth.. Both commited different mistakes, but he really loves Loki and as his older brother he was trying to show him that he could be a better version of himself without stopping from be the god of mischief. I love them both Loki and Thor.
