There’s good reason for people steering clear of JLR Range Rover group cars, fitting a ghost won’t make a jot of difference to premiums. Reality is insurance companies don’t even recognise Ghost as insurance approved, doesn’t make one bit of a difference with owners actually reporting their premiums went up when mentioning they had Ghost fitted. Coupled with Range Rover reliability, what we are seeing is a compounded issue with generally over inflated prices returning back to normal. JLR have raked it in over the covid years. Up until recently JLR had the biggest margins when selling. Throw in reliability issues and lack of parts, with cars sat around in dealerships for weeks on end waiting for parts, nobody in their right mind would buy one at the minute.

Another Great video but those auction prices are shocking, is it because you're in essex the princes are so expensive Peterborough, Bedford and manheim much cheaper.
Will never get £21,700 for RR out there, they are retailling for about £19.500 atm

being an ex insurance broker i think there having a laugh at the range rover prices , buy a ghost 2 immobilser for it and see what they say to insurance , regards.

What app are you guys using to see the cap proces please?
It’s the auction house app, every auction will give you the vehicle valuations upon request. Hope this helps 👍

I do they’re a great auction house. We don’t buy a lot from auction to be honest most of our cars come from main dealers but if we were to buy from an auction house it’s always Aston Barclay 👍
