Why cleave the boss and add if they share dmg? Would it not be more efficient to single target the second and third add to not have to deal with the shades and dropping stacks?
So, my raid group is having issues with the shade, wondering if banishing him so he's immune to damage would fix this issue? Would the shade still build stacks?
Honestly i feel like watching your videos overly complicates the fights and confuses new players (le your target audience) consider making meele / ranged dps / healer / tank sections after explaining all the things in detail which allows people who watch them while inside a raid to be able to overview the fight and complete it somewhat without wiping their raid because i promise you that 99% of the people who watch your vids are people who dont know tactics and 90% of those are already inside a raid being yelled at by their raid leaders
Can you please stop saying "if you get understanding of the boss this fight isnt that difficult"? Sorry but this something you can say about literaly everything you know. Everything becomes easy if you will understand it.
I think the difference is that its just mechanically challenging and the difficulty drops off after understanding the mechanics VS even understanding fallen avatars mechanics it was still devastatingly difficult to do.

Hardest part of this fight was the dot being overtuned/bugged and ticking for 10k every 2 secs.
As a UHDK I found that AMS prevented me from getting the DOT. This helped our healers immensely.

There's an addon that changes the max camera value and I also think there is a command you can use /console or something

On heroic, do not wait for 20 stacks. 5 stacks for first ad, second after its dead. Having a DK to grip to boss is clutch.

Any cleave will damage both pet and boss, and because they share it, they take it twice! A 2000 hit to both will do 8000 damage in total I believe.

We just kept it sheeped then hunter frost trap when killing it
Spamming sheep and frost trap takes care of it for us
The damage increase from the add reaching the boss has since been nerfed to 100% increased damage instead of 200%.
