Thank you Valentyn for these videos. After sometime out from medieval sword fighting (due to injuries falling down stone steps at a castle in armour lol!) I am going back into training again. I can't stress enough how important warm up routines are for this hobby - what you do with your warm up routines here are spot on, some just like I used to do but you do a lot more too so I am going to watch this video especially each time and follow along the best I can. This was so great to see!! Thank you loads for the inspiration and wishing you all the best!!
@@valentyn.trostianchuk You are most welcome and thank you for the reply! Perhaps a bit more on footwork and keeping balance at the same time when the opponent is looking to be getting the better of you and maybe using your opponents force / energy to your advantage by avoiding then striking back? Just a thought - you may way have already covered this so sorry of you have and I will look up more videos? When I have done sword fighting in the past, it is usually the person that's the same height or a bit smaller that is more difficult to fight.
Доброго вечора ВалентинеВаші уроки дуже інформативні і цікаві.Дякуємо!
