What can you expect from The Hive in 2022? (Minecraft Bedrock)

- The Hive's Minecraft Bedrock Edition server recently released a blog post, detailing the updates and other things that happened on their server in 2021 (like the Sonic Event and the Hive Skywars Update), and looking forward to updates on The Hive in 2022 (like the Hive Pet Update and Mixed Arcade). In this video, I read over this blog post, gave my thoughts and takes on it, reflected on my own predictions for The Hive in 2021, and talked about what I think might happen on the server in 2022. All of this commentary, over some Hive Skywars background gameplay.

What if the new Arcade gamemode is like "Hive Java's Arcade" where clicking the npc takes you to a whole new lobby with 5 or more minigames to choose from.
Sounds like Galaxite’s game mode “the playground” (I think that’s what its called)

To see what the Hive brings this year will definitely be hype! Can’t for the Arcade, I’m mentally prepared for some of those things the Hive mentioned no to come in 2022 but if it does come out this year that would be poggers
i hope they add duels aka bridge classic, sumo, topfight, ranked tw and ranked sw
They'll probably not add those gamemodes, duels could probably be added
But those are too og, they always add a twist

I hope you can still choose to go back to your prefferred region in those dead times, because oceania doesnt have a region, my wifi is under 100 in asia but with this its gonna really affect me
I would recommend making a video about how Minecraft servers make money besides purchases of skins and stuff. It seems like too much time is dedicated to things other than cosmetics if that’s the main way they get money.

I think for pets there should be some monthly pets that you can buy using minecoins and some using QP like the costumes and some bundle that comes with a costume,pet and a hub title

i want the hive be the best server for all plataforms, and not a big stress server for me.
I have a LOT OF PROBLEMS playing in this year, and i make a list...
- *Matchmaking* : Matchmaking on the hive is a BIG MESS, sometimes i got PC players on mobile, and this is unfair, and i almost everytime i got a bad experience about it.
- *no permanent minigames* - this is a bad thing, i really want to play some games that become an limited time, but i can't, they are on especific time, and this is a bullshit. Man, imagine ir they remove snow wars, probally i will never play again for a long time because of my bad experience.
- *new minigames* - i wanted for a long time an new minigame, and they added it, but for a limited time, and that sucks, this made me get bored to play the same games again, again and again.
- *replay mod* - this is my opinipn, you can not agree or agree, but we wanted an replay mod for a long time on bedrock, and we got one on the hive, and... its 100% paid, like what the f*ck, why they doesn't put like to use 10 times just for a test and you choose to pay or not, i know they worked too much but bro, they can add an limit just for people they can't pay or small youtubers are starting to test this new feature.
*and thats it, i know this comment its too long, and thats my opinion about the hive on 2021, i have a hope about hove be better than before on this year.*

I would prefer stay on my region because being from Aus my ping is already awful, and on top of that my wifi in general is awful and I still occasionally lag in my own region, so switching regions is pain for me.

I think the ingame reporting could be like hypixel atlas, exprienced players get to veiw the replays of reports and find if they are cheating or not.

As somebody on the Asian region, our Wi-Fi just got upgraded so I'm not worrying about lag so I think it'll really help me because now I won't have to face PC players whenever I play at night
Because if you didn't already know it's apparently a grinding strat to play on other regions when it's night for them

Hive needs to fix this as a mobile player you are in a mobile lobby idk why do PC players are in a mobile lobby cuz some PC players use their phone phone and they will use their phone to join the hive then They will join hive useing their PC and if they go to their phone and click Skywars solo it will join the Skywars game but it's all Mobile
They use their phone to login the hive then they will use their pc to log in to that's when they can join mobile lobbies and it's really unfair for all mobile players
Hackers should be banned because there's some hackers who use no kB or reach, and hive should kick them immediately by noticing the reach or no kb
if you think it's so easy, you have a lot to learn

@@protobuster12 (in case you were not aware) the reason you have to pay for a replay pass is because it's quite expensive to store those game replay on their servers. As for reporting, I'm sure that would be a free feature

Honestly 2021 was mostly good but there was nothing in the early months in 2022 I an excited for anticheat improvements and am really excited for pets and mixed arcade
