This is beautiful, I have never heard of Blouse but it sounds like the mix of 90's grunge rock plus fiona apple.

right and "just this side of" punk discordant percussive, vocal, and string tempos. You hear it more on some the other Blouse songs I've heard, though admit this sounds more grunge than those.
