The downloads come via meditation, then someone will repeat what I heard, this is confirmation it has come from spirit. I noticed it after I meditate in the morning facing the sun, I receive some creative projects to make. It’s so clear in my mind that feels so magical like I had fireworks. I once woke up from a weird dream and had this instant realization that dreams are your body's way of trying to make sense of your emotional and subconscious states (thus, adding experiences to your dreams that could in some reality explain how you are feeling deep down, not necessarily reflecting your actual reality). I consider this to be a download experience for me.

Wow I am stopping the video with goosebumps in 2:19, it’s been 5 years that my boundaries opened and couldn’t control and turn into depression, almost 3 years ago I met with the people pure intentions and love from the practice of Buddhism. Back then of course I didn’t jump like I awakened, but my awakening realizations start with the constant meditations I did everyday, later my learning process begins… last year exactly this time I moved next to one girl, which I found that she is pure energy with healing properties but her don’t know how to control it made me teach her, she was curious about my practices and general approach to most of our cases, believe or not, I was even surprised to give those info to her, even my brain didn’t learn before, but they are coming so true and flowing, that always shocked me but intuitively you know it goes to the right direction and the information are magical that human brain can’t resist, they are highly effective, I feeling it’s the gift for channeling true for another’s, thanks girl, you are helping me a lot!

A few years ago while I was walking along the seafront very early in the morning, a crow seemed to join me. It kept up with me and was SCREECHING at me. I turned to it and said ‘Okay, I don’t know what your message is.. but I’ll meditate on it and find out. ‘ The crow then left me. I eventually understood the message to be about death and warnings. That week … Covid struck. In my work as a mental health professional in the community I visited a lady who was very ill. I was first in our team to wear ppe ( because of the crow!), I got the call a couple of days later .. the lady had died from Covid, and others on the team were very unwell. I was fine, and remained so throughout the 2 years ongoing virus. Thank you for this awesome video. 💕

I really enjoy your videos, Christina. As someone who has had psychic flashes, premonitions, out of bodies and visitations from the deceased as well as spiritual guardians, for most of her life, I can honestly say that it has everything to do with being willing and open to that type of connection/communication. And --I say this with the utmost respect--very little to do with decluttering, statues, writing intentions, mantras, etc. It's more like a relationship you build from the ground up, starting with self-awareness. It's kind of like saying, "Here are 5 steps to making a new friend."--it's not wrong or anything, but it will almost always happen some other way entirely, lol. I have experienced a direct download. Here's my experience - As an aspiring artist, I had a hard time understanding colors, how they interact, and how to create different shades.. Then one day I had this momentum build up inside of me.. And suddenly one day, as I was laying in bed with my eyes closed, I started seeing all these different colors mixing right in front of my eyes and making all these beautiful different shades. It's like I had been painting for years. Suddenly I knew everything there was to known about colors... Before that I had never painted a proper painting in my life. But the very next day, I wound up with a beautiful masterpiece. The whole thing became completely effortless💖

@@crystalmartin2104 Honestly that was my first experience. I didn't even know what to call that phenomenan until this video. That it was a direct download. I didn't as such ask for that info.. But, mentally I had been struggling with understanding colors for almost 2 years..in fact I was so afraid of messing up and failing that I literally didn't even practice in colors. I only did sketches....So i guess at the back of my head my soul knew the struggle and knew that i wanted clarity.. I guess in that moment, perhaps due to the buildup, the universe decided to give me that understanding... I have so much clarity and confidence now that the fear of failure is completely gone.. I have been going through a decluttering phase lately. It seems like it is never enough. I am so fortunate and want to share that with others. I always wondered if my downloads are when my head will tingle at weird times. I will have to pay attention more to what happens before and after. I always get weird thoughts that I shouldn't know but assumed that was my intuition telling me. Thank you for giving me some tools to separate them and figure it out.

I do remember how my Spiritual Journey began leading to my sudden awakening during the cold winter time in Atlantic Canada 🇨🇦, let's called that, " A SPIRITUAL ENCOUNTER WITH THE SNOW WHITE CAT " All began in early December 2016. I was living at the time in a small rocky town situated in Atlantic Canada 🇨🇦. I do recall that one Friday night, I was heading to home 🏡 after I spent the entire evening conducting academic research in the local university library. I have to mention that it was almost midnight and in December, it's known to snow ❄ abundantly in that region. The little town was already sleeping 😴 and I had difficulty walking in the dark night as the road was already covered with white ❄. After walking for a while that seemed to me like an eternity, I was crossing a farming area lookalike, it was deadly quite, only the sound of the wind and the falling snow ❄ could be heard, when suddenly and thanks to the moonlight, I saw a white cat, completely white as snow ❄ at a short distance in front of me. What seemed weird to me, was to encounter a white cat outside in a wet and cold winter night, the cat had the appearance of a baby bear and was really white as the snow, was jumping in the air, playing and trying to catch the falling snow before they touch the ground. Then, I walked slowly close to him and see what was really going on. Suddenly, the white cat stopped jumping in the air and looked at me, we looked each other and was baffled as I realized that the cat eyes looked human like those of a young teenager Asian girl. The white cat began to spin around me, crawling, but not afraid at all, but instead, trying to make contact by touching my feet. I use my suitcase I always carry as a shield to maintain a security distance between us. When, I realized that the cat's eyes looked human, I freaked out, and my heart began pumping and beaten up faster. I cannot say, but I felt an imminente danger and I decided to run away as faster as I could, I realized that the cat was also running behind me. After running 🏃♂️ for a while to a distance of 100 meters almost, I stopped and turned back, but surprisingly the cat wasn't there anymore and vanished. I came back to check, but he was gone. On Monday morning, as soon as I reached my office, I encountered a colleague, a local lady born in the town and told her what I encountered in that Friday night, she was speechless, and could saw the surprise into her eyes. She told me that, what I encountered that late night was part of the tale and legend of a Snow White Cat, that the elders and parents of her village used to tell to their children and recalled hearing about that in her adolescence. She said that, it was a spiritual encounter and probably my life will not be the same next year as I would face unavoidable changes and new things that would come into my life. In March 2017, to take on a new job opportunity, I relocated to the National Capital Region. In June, my spiritual awakening process begun. One Saturday morning, I recalled been unable to get out of my bed 🛌 as I was feeling an intense pain in my back, I was sweating heavily, I was afraid 😨 that I might have an appendicitis issue or and even worse, a health problem with my kidneys. I managed to catch up a bus to rush to the nearest hospital 🏥 I was wearing my sandals, the bus driver noticed that I was in pain. After reading the hospital 🏥 I was admitted to the emergency room and went through a few tests, but the doctor said that, I had nothing in me that I might be afraid of, then I was sent back home with the request to have a rest. During all the week-end, I realized that I was unable to consume dairy products for my regular breakfast, if I tried, I began to vomit 🤢. I also found out that, instead I preferred to eat vege food, mostly raw onions, garlic, salad and tomatoes. I do readings and I get downloads in 3 ways; I hear, feel and get images. I've learned to trust my guides and the information they give me... sometimes it's right to the point. I can even read objects. As a medium, I can read the living and the dead; it's awesome. I just ask my guides to work through me to pass on the information.
My first download that I was aware of was about how the soul incarnates through the force of creation in relation to sacred numerology. It's very difficult to explain in words but the download was incredibly powerful. I didn't understand why we all don't have that information because it made the Soul journey so clear to me.

I got unexplainably emotional (in a blissful way) when I saw this notification, and after thinking about it for a minute, I realized that it's because most UA-cam people don't tell their viewers that they can receive the downloads. so many "influencers" act like you have to watch them to get second-hand download info. but really we are all capable of connecting directly to spirit. And I love that your channel focuses on empowering people to be their own influencer.
Only after listening to your explanation, I found out that I have been receiving loads of downloads and messages , especially the spontaneous. Between myself and I, I've been calling it broadcasting 😅. Because it felt that I was broadcasting my question calmly to somewhere unspecified , then waiting to receive patiently . The received answer would take between immediately to months.
I am a mental health therapist and there are times throughout my week where I feel my intuition is spot on and helps me navigate to what the "problem" really is. Other times I receive downloads and many times I will ask for assistance prior to sessions. One of my favorites was a man who I felt I was not going to be able to reach due to lots of mental health concerns and other factors in his personal life. Before my session with him I centered myself with breath and meditation.. during our session I remembering rambling, just going on and on and stopped and said "did any of that make sense?" and he looked at me and smiled and replied "all the fish were caught in the net." To this day I have NO IDEA what I said to him.. I felt like I was being used to send him a message. It was beautiful. I recently decided to change my name. It might not have happened had I not felt it pour into my body from the top of my head. I literally felt it settle into my bones. Perhaps this seems minor, though for me it was a game changer. The last time I felt a major download, as you call it, was a couple of years ago. Maybe less. I had been reeling from multiple attacks that were more like attempts on my life. I watched the Netflix series called Surviving Death. I felt a shift within that later accepted a realization about the purpose, or one of the deeper purposes for this planet on a spiritual level. When I tell people about it, they are immediately concerned about my mental state because they are still viewing life from the lens I used to also view life through. I won't say the knowledge has made my life easier. I still feel stuck in poverty, for example. However, many things deemed important now reside at the bottom of the totem pole. Like fitting in. Looking the part. Proving myself worthy. Having something to show for my life. I went from feeling spiritually wounded and empty to spiritually embracing. Most of what I see and witness around me holds no interest for me, not because I am depressed, but because I see a much larger picture. I feel like I am actually waking up in a world of sleep walkers. Deep sleep walkers.

I remember my first direct download that I was aware of. It happened last year, about a week before you posted the video literally explaining my download; the 7 Chakras explained. In my download, I understood that the chakras looked like a rainbow of floating orbs of energy, and that the crown chakra works in tangent with our individual halos. The crown chakra acts like a "spiritual hotspot" that allows our spirit to communicate with one another in the collective conscious, while our halos are spiritual representations (all halos aren't the same. They vary based on your connections with people in this life time as well as past lives, directly or indirectly, and change intensity or value based on your emotional ties with them). That's why some people have to work hard to be noticed while others instantly command the room without speaking.

I have had so many tragic events but I always look for the lesson in them. I have had 2 dark night events so after coming out of the last one, I really have been even more intune with spirit. My spirit, and the spiritual spirits. It's definitely the way you made it make sense to others. It's something that is like whoa okay I can see it all so clear now. Your power lies inside of you here. You are in your mind where you choose to be. You have control over your beliefs your focus and resulting thoughts. You do. About a week ago, I received a vision in the early morning hours before waking… that seems to be the preferred time for communication from my higher self… the vision included a sun face in the center, tilted about 30 degrees to the left… it was surrounded by very clear and crisp symbols that appeared to be writings in an unknown (to my conscious mind) language… the vision didn’t persist long enough to allow me to memorize any of the writings… A few days ago, I was scrolling through Instagram, when I all of a sudden got chills from the post of someone who specializes in light language… it was almost exactly what I saw, except that my vision has a lot more characters , and her post featured a central character that looked similar to the sun I saw, but was a bit different. If what I saw was indeed light language, I have no idea how to interpret it, but more importantly, I can’t remember what the script exactly showed. Was this something for my subconscious, that my conscious doesn’t need to understand???
My downloads come in the form where I will meditate when I first wake up and then throughout the day people will make comments that are similar to what I had meditated about that morning. or you know how you will blurt things out for no reason and wonder why you said that? well I get my answers that way also from my higher self.

Yup 👍 I don't have visions . Althou I have things that just appear in my mind that I wouldn't have know about before. It's so crazy . When it 1st began I was like what the hell is going on. When I get a download,it always comes like a mini movie clip of some part of my life .. but it's always the answer i have to give... someone else. answers for me come by intuition ,a knowing.
Both intuition and direct download happen in my meditation. Intuition, it feels like you go on a search of something with your torch and map etc, whereas direction download happens more suddenly as if someone (flying being so to say) drops something from the air in front of me. Direct download is also like a zipped file. The more I observe what has been dropped in front of me, it unzips and show all the contents and information related to the matter.
I haven’t gotten the downloads of wisdom or something like that but for the past 4 days I’ve been getting downloads of energy through my crown chakra and all over the body. I can feel spirit coming and giving me all that energy. I feel tired because this lasts all night and only get little bit of sleep. I also feel little nauseous and kind of shivering inside. I wonder if anyone had anything similar. I feel little scared because I don’t understand what this is. Now also starting to get pretty excruciating pains in the body during this.

I definitely get direct downloads often. Mine are most often on topics to share in Workshops, blogs, or podcasts, as well as the occasional sermon message when I cover vacations. i hade this experience when i hade a importante car accident. I was in choc from the crash and the higher pain. All of a sudden in the middle of my head something came in so clearly: it will be long but you will be ok! I all of a sudden was calm and felt secure . i wish i would receive this downloading at this point as doctors are saying ptsd but is it just a awakening? how to know?
Sometimes something I see or hear triggers a thought that is like a "lecture" about the topic. The thoughts and words come in so fast that it needs to be typed out on my phone to be able to keep up with the information coming in. But it seems to just hit me out of nowhere. It has to be written down right away, I feel the need to stop everything I'm doing to get the information out and recorded to read later. If I don't write it down, once it's over I can't recall much more than that the topic was, but all the details or information is gone from my head. Same as when I'm done writing, I only know what the topic was and a few minor details, but the rest I can't recall without reading it.
I experiencing this kind of geting Information about other people, when i meet people. I get some kind of thoughts, what kind of feeling they have. And it is new for me and sometimes it scares me. I dont know how to Deal with it.

I've had a lot of vivid dreams that feel like direct downloads in the last few weeks that were obviously more than dreams. About a week ago, a magician type being visited me and told me it was time to take my dog with him (she recently passed away). I didn't like it, but I can still feel her here, so I'm guessing she's both here and there. Last night, I was cleansed of something. I can't remember the details. I briefly woke up and thought I should write it down, but then had such a peace about it and a sense that I didn't need to further process or understand it (in fact, that I shouldn't), so I allowed myself to go immediately back to sleep. These thoughts probably happened within seconds. Could these "dreams" be direct downloads?
Yep, wait for it, wait for it... I sometimes begin explaining the download or interpreting it before it's fully downloaded. If I begin to "spill it" explaining, I may not receive it entirely. Sometimes the downloads came so fast and consistently it can be too much. We literally can't keep track of them all. Dreams on the other hand are a bit more rare and generally occur during rem sleep, that quick nap that happens out of nowhere. Many of those downloads come and go so fast it's difficult to make sense of them (lol)

I once woke up from a weird dream and had this instant realization that dreams are your body's way of trying to make sense of your emotional and subconscious states (thus, adding experiences to your dreams that could in some reality explain how you are feeling deep down, not necessarily reflecting your actual reality). Wow I am stopping the video with goosebumps in 2:19, it’s been 5 years that my boundaries opened and couldn’t control and turn into depression, almost 3 years ago I met with the people pure intentions and love from the practice of Buddhism. Back then of course I didn’t jump like I awakened, but my awakening realizations start with the constant meditations I did everyday, later my learning process begins… last year exactly this time I moved next to one girl, which I found that she is pure energy with healing properties but her don’t know how to control it made me teach her, she was curious about my practices and general approach to most of our cases, believe or not, I was even surprised to give those info to her, even my brain didn’t learn before, but they are coming so true and flowing, that always shocked me but intuitively you know it goes to the right direction and the information are magical that human brain can’t resist, they are highly effective, I feeling it’s the gift for channeling true for another’s, thanks girl, you are helping me a lot!

A few years ago while I was walking along the seafront very early in the morning, a crow seemed to join me. It kept up with me and was SCREECHING at me. I turned to it and said ‘Okay, I don’t know what your message is.. but I’ll meditate on it and find out. ‘ The crow then left me. I eventually understood the message to be about death and warnings. That week … Covid struck. In my work as a mental health professional in the community I visited a lady who was very ill. I was first in our team to wear ppe ( because of the crow!), I got the call a couple of days later .. the lady had died from Covid, and others on the team were very unwell. I was fine, and remained so throughout the 2 years ongoing virus. Thank you for this awesome video. 💕

I really enjoy your videos, Christina. As someone who has had psychic flashes, premonitions, out of bodies and visitations from the deceased as well as spiritual guardians, for most of her life, I can honestly say that it has everything to do with being willing and open to that type of connection/communication. And --I say this with the utmost respect--very little to do with decluttering, statues, writing intentions, mantras, etc. It's more like a relationship you build from the ground up, starting with self-awareness. I have experienced a direct download. Here's my experience - As an aspiring artist, I had a hard time understanding colors, how they interact, and how to create different shades..
Then one day I had this momentum build up inside of me.. And suddenly one day, as I was laying in bed with my eyes closed, I started seeing all these different colors mixing right in front of my eyes and making all these beautiful different shades. It's like I had been painting for years. Suddenly I knew everything there was to known about colors...
Before that I had never painted a proper painting in my life. But the very next day, I wound up with a beautiful masterpiece. The whole thing became completely effortless💖

I didn't as such ask for that info.. But, mentally I had been struggling with understanding colors for almost 2 years..in fact I was so afraid of messing up and failing that I literally didn't even practice in colors. I only did sketches....So i guess at the back of my head my soul knew the struggle and knew that i wanted clarity..
I guess in that moment, perhaps due to the buildup, the universe decided to give me that understanding... I have so much clarity and confidence now that the fear of failure is completely gone.. I hope that answered ur question.

I have been going through a decluttering phase lately. It seems like it is never enough. I am so fortunate and want to share that with others. I always wondered if my downloads are when my head will tingle at weird times. I will have to pay attention more to what happens before and after. I always get weird thoughts that I shouldn't know but assumed that was my intuition telling me. Thank you for giving me some tools to separate them and figure it out.

All began in early December 2016. I was living at the time in a small rocky town situated in Atlantic Canada 🇨🇦. I do recall that one Friday night, I was heading to home 🏡 after I spent the entire evening conducting academic research in the local university library. I have to mention that it was almost midnight and in December, it's known to snow ❄ abundantly in that region. The little town was already sleeping 😴 and I had difficulty walking in the dark night as the road was already covered with white ❄. After walking for a while that seemed to me like an eternity, I was crossing a farming area lookalike, it was deadly quite, only the sound of the wind and the falling snow ❄ could be heard, when suddenly and thanks to the moonlight, I saw a white cat, completely white as snow ❄ at a short distance in front of me. What seemed weird to me, was to encounter a white cat outside in a wet and cold winter night, the cat had the appearance of a baby bear and was really white as the snow, was jumping in the air, playing and trying to catch the falling snow before they touch the ground. Then, I walked slowly close to him and see what was really going on. Suddenly, the white cat stopped jumping in the air and looked at me, we looked each other and was baffled as I realized that the cat eyes looked human like those of a young teenager Asian girl. The white cat began to spin around me, crawling, but not afraid at all, but instead, trying to make contact by touching my feet. I use my suitcase I always carry as a shield to maintain a security distance between us. When, I realized that the cat's eyes looked human, I freaked out, and my heart began pumping and beaten up faster. I cannot say, but I felt an imminente danger and I decided to run away as faster as I could, I realized that the cat was also running behind me. After running 🏃♂️ for a while to a distance of 100 meters almost, I stopped and turned back, but surprisingly the cat wasn't there anymore and vanished. I came back to check, but he was gone.
On Monday morning, as soon as I reached my office, I encountered a colleague, a local lady born in the town and told her what I encountered in that Friday night, she was speechless, and could saw the surprise into her eyes. She told me that, what I encountered that late night was part of the tale and legend of a Snow White Cat, that the elders and parents of her village used to tell to their children and recalled hearing about that in her adolescence. She said that, it was a spiritual encounter and probably my life will not be the same next year as I would face unavoidable changes and new things that would come into my life.
In March 2017, to take on a new job opportunity, I relocated to the National Capital Region. In June, my spiritual awakening process begun. One Saturday morning, I recalled been unable to get out of my bed 🛌 as I was feeling an intense pain in my back, I was sweating heavily, I was afraid 😨 that I might have an appendicitis issue or and even worse, a health problem with my kidneys. I managed to catch up a bus to rush to the nearest hospital 🏥 I was wearing my sandals, the bus driver noticed that I was in pain. After reading the hospital 🏥 I was admitted to the emergency room and went through a few tests, but the doctor said that, I had nothing in me that I might be afraid of, then I was sent back home with the request to have a rest. During all the week-end, I realized that I was unable to consume dairy products for my regular breakfast, if I tried, I began to vomit 🤢. I also found out that, instead I preferred to eat vege food, mostly raw onions, garlic, salad and tomatoes. It was also at that time I began having having lucid dreams, followed by my first Out-of-Body experiences.... Thanks 😊

Between myself and I, I've been calling it broadcasting 😅. Because it felt that I was broadcasting my question calmly to somewhere unspecified , then waiting to receive patiently . The received answer would take between immediately to months.

I am a mental health therapist and there are times throughout my week where I feel my intuition is spot on and helps me navigate to what the "problem" really is. Other times I receive downloads and many times I will ask for assistance prior to sessions. One of my favorites was a man who I felt I was not going to be able to reach due to lots of mental health concerns and other factors in his personal life. Before my session with him I centered myself with breath and meditation.. during our session I remembering rambling, just going on and on and stopped and said "did any of that make sense?" and he looked at me and smiled and replied "all the fish were caught in the net." To this day I have NO IDEA what I said to him.. I felt like I was being used to send him a message. It was beautiful. Thank you Christina for this video, it confirmed that my approach is definitely what led to that experience.

I recently decided to change my name. It might not have happened had I not felt it pour into my body from the top of my head. I literally felt it settle into my bones. Perhaps this seems minor, though for me it was a game changer.
The last time I felt a major download, as you call it, was a couple of years ago. Maybe less. I had been reeling from multiple attacks that were more like attempts on my life. I watched the Netflix series called Surviving Death. I felt a shift within that later accepted a realization about the purpose, or one of the deeper purposes for this planet on a spiritual level. When I tell people about it, they are immediately concerned about my mental state because they are still viewing life from the lens I used to also view life through. I won't say the knowledge has made my life easier. I still feel stuck in poverty, for example. However, many things deemed important now reside at the bottom of the totem pole. Like fitting in. Looking the part. Proving myself worthy. Having something to show for my life. I went from feeling spiritually wounded and empty to spiritually embracing. Most of what I see and witness around me holds no interest for me, not because I am depressed, but because I see a much larger picture. I feel like I am actually waking up in a world of sleep walkers. Deep sleep walkers.

I remember my first direct download that I was aware of. It happened last year, about a week before you posted the video literally explaining my download; the 7 Chakras explained.
In my download, I understood that the chakras looked like a rainbow of floating orbs of energy, and that the crown chakra works in tangent with our individual halos. The crown chakra acts like a "spiritual hotspot" that allows our spirit to communicate with one another in the collective conscious, while our halos are spiritual representations (all halos aren't the same. They vary based on your connections with people in this life time as well as past lives, directly or indirectly, and change intensity or value based on your emotional ties with them).
That's why some people have to work hard to be noticed while others instantly command the room without speaking.
This is precisely how I experience downloads- thru my 3rd eye/crown- like a lightning bolt! ♒️

About a week ago, I received a vision in the early morning hours before waking… that seems to be the preferred time for communication from my higher self… the vision included a sun face in the center, tilted about 30 degrees to the left… it was surrounded by very clear and crisp symbols that appeared to be writings in an unknown (to my conscious mind) language… the vision didn’t persist long enough to allow me to memorize any of the writings…
A few days ago, I was scrolling through Instagram, when I all of a sudden got chills from the post of someone who specializes in light language… it was almost exactly what I saw, except that my vision has a lot more characters , and her post featured a central character that looked similar to the sun I saw, but was a bit different.
If what I saw was indeed light language, I have no idea how to interpret it, but more importantly, I can’t remember what the script exactly showed.
Was this something for my subconscious, that my conscious doesn’t need to understand???

When I get a download,it always comes like a mini movie clip of some part of my life .. but it's always the answer i have to give... someone else. answers for me come by intuition ,a knowing.

Both intuition and direct download happen in my meditation. Intuition, it feels like you go on a search of something with your torch and map etc, whereas direction download happens more suddenly as if someone (flying being so to say) drops something from the air in front of me. Direct download is also like a zipped file. The more I observe what has been dropped in front of me, it unzips and show all the contents and information related to the matter.
I haven’t gotten the downloads of wisdom or something like that but for the past 4 days I’ve been getting downloads of energy through my crown chakra and all over the body. I can feel spirit coming and giving me all that energy. I feel tired because this lasts all night and only get little bit of sleep. I also feel little nauseous and kind of shivering inside. I wonder if anyone had anything similar. I feel little scared because I don’t understand what this is. Now also starting to get pretty excruciating pains in the body during this.

i hade this experience when i hade a importante car accident. I was in choc from the crash and the higher pain. All of a sudden in the middle of my head something came in so clearly: it will be long but you will be ok! I all of a sudden was calm and felt secure .

Sometimes something I see or hear triggers a thought that is like a "lecture" about the topic. The thoughts and words come in so fast that it needs to be typed out on my phone to be able to keep up with the information coming in. But it seems to just hit me out of nowhere.
It has to be written down right away, I feel the need to stop everything I'm doing to get the information out and recorded to read later.
If I don't write it down, once it's over I can't recall much more than that the topic was, but all the details or information is gone from my head.
Same as when I'm done writing, I only know what the topic was and a few minor details, but the rest I can't recall without reading it.
I experiencing this kind of geting Information about other people, when i meet people. I get some kind of thoughts, what kind of feeling they have. And it is new for me and sometimes it scares me. I dont know how to Deal with it.

I've had a lot of vivid dreams that feel like direct downloads in the last few weeks that were obviously more than dreams. About a week ago, a magician type being visited me and told me it was time to take my dog with him (she recently passed away). I didn't like it, but I can still feel her here, so I'm guessing she's both here and there. Last night, I was cleansed of something. I can't remember the details. I briefly woke up and thought I should write it down, but then had such a peace about it and a sense that I didn't need to further process or understand it (in fact, that I shouldn't), so I allowed myself to go immediately back to sleep. These thoughts probably happened within seconds. Could these "dreams" be direct downloads?

Yep, wait for it, wait for it... I sometimes begin explaining the download or interpreting it before it's fully downloaded. If I begin to "spill it" explaining, I may not receive it entirely. I was aware and you brought it fully to my attention to not forget to marinate! Thank you Christina! Always valuable info.
Sometimes the downloads came so fast and consistently it can be too much. We literally can't keep track of them all. Dreams on the other hand are a bit more rare and generally occur during rem sleep, that quick nap that happens out of nowhere. Many of those downloads come and go so fast it's difficult to make sense of them (lol)
Several times in moment of quietness I have seen little tablet of writing presented to me. I wS unable to decipher them.
Oh man… yes yes yes. 🙌🏽 such a beautiful gift. Helped a lot to get me towards organizing my head to write my dissertation and other related projects to guide me on my life path. It’s insanely beautiful because I was so mentally fatigued and overloaded I couldn’t even read anymore but had to keep pushing forward at the time.
