I love the idea of having an activity basket! Where do y'all keep it? When is it used? Do you just leave it out and your kids explore on their own or is there a specific time/place you use it?
All of the above. LOL Ours is in our living room. Some times they need to reminded it is there, other times, they pull it out and explore it. They are 10 and 12, so they don't go crazy with it... if they were younger, I might have kept it in a high spot and brought it down for them. It is usually used when they are bored or complain they have nothing to do. Lots of times it works like toy rotation.
@@ManySeasonsofMotherhood my kids are gettingvteady to turn 4 and 7. I keep mine in the closet where they need to ask if I put crafts or playdough kits in. But for card games or other busy bins or bags without messy items. I leave in bottom of closet to grab whenever they are bored. Just depends on contents. I use same Dollar Tree basket as in this video It holds alot.
Where did you get the magnetic board that you can write on
That one came from Daiso. But I have some really nice ones from lakeshore learning.
