However, if you can consistently get 7+ hours of sleep, you will feel like a completely different person and you will feel rested after a week or two of consistency; then you can feel better rested for the rest of your life if you keep the habit.

tbh i noticed the drinking part.
First time I had alcohol, it kinda sucked. It straightup tastes like medicine. Probably because of some medicines i had as a kid, but i digress.
I've tried a variety of things. I watered it down with tea, I tried a rum&coke, I tried some mead. It's just... not good.
Like, I felt myself loosen up, and my body was telling me that "you're having fun drinking this, therefore it tastes good." but the flavor's very unappealing. I've yet to try more sugary drinks, I bet i'd probably have fun with a white russian or a REAL pina colata, but so far, my experience with alcohol has been rather unpleasent.
I hear a lot about the stuff being an 'acquired taste', but I gotta know, if you don't like the taste, and you're in a situation where you're not being pressured/don't have to drink, Why do people drink it?

Secret life tip: there are exercises that are good for your back (unless you have a serious injury or illness). One day, my dad discovered them, and he almost completely stopped having back pain.
You just have to practise them every week for the rest of your life and- wait, ok, that doesn't sound like fun.
