GREAT VIDEO! I have the same machine, i have a question.. when I press ready is just start stitching.. it does not do any tracing at all. Is that normal?
Thank you! It all depends on your embroidery file that you purchase. Appliqué embroidery files are usually the ones that have the tracing stitch since you are having to add fabric or HTV on to create your design. A regular embroidery design or font won’t have a need for a tracing stitch so it doesn’t do that step.
You are can take your hoop in and out of the machine as needed but you can’t unhoop your project. As long as you just take the hoop out of the machine and not unhoop the material in the hoop, the machine knows exactly where it left off since you’ll be putting it back on it the exact spot it left off in. I hope that makes sense. You can look up appliqué embroidery and that’ll show you more about taking the hoop on and off while doing projects. Hope this helps.
Can it not do all the letters at once and put one larger piece of fabric down and cut out all letters at the same time rather than keep taking it on and off the machine? It seems like it would be easier to only have to take it off the machine once.
You definitely can! My file just stopped at each letter so I just did it how it was. I could change this in my software and also skip on my machine but didn’t. So you can do whatever you’re more comfortable with doing.
Can i use procreate to create the png designs image and upload it to the usb and use it? And also do we need to set the machine back to the same point after cutting out the fabric for the machine to continue the process? Will it mess up the orientation if we place it wrong?
@@Barbarajhere aww hey! welcome💓 the sweatshirt was actually from a thrift store and when I looked up the name brand, I couldn’t find them anymore. Velocity something, I believe it was. I really did love the style of this one though. I would like to find something similar to it myself. If or when I do I can link it in the video description. 💓
There is no app specifically. You purchase your embroidery file from wherever you want to buy from (I buy a lot from Etsy) then download it to my computer. Put the usb in my computer and transfer the design to the usb to then use in my machine.
I buy embroidery files from Etsy and just use the usb to transfer from computer to machine. If I want to customize the file I use the program Embrilliance to edit and then transfer from computer to machine.
And hear I thought I could only get a 4x4 or 5x7 in a small machine unless I wanted to pay 5 grand.. im shocked 😲 I already purchased a brother 4x4 but I haven't used it

Very informative! Thank you for taking the time to show us a beautiful design.

Does this have a jump stitch trimming feature? And can you import your own designs?
05 and 06 have it
What needle are you using?
How did you get the machine to embroider the satin stitch in the right area after you took the hoop off n put it back?

Say for example can you embroider the bottom of a skirt with this machine? Do they have machines that can employ several spools of thread?
