    Thank You for the video. It was very good! I just bought the machine and really enjoy it. I know if you increase the ball frequency that sends the balls out obviously more frequently. But is increasing the topspin and backspin the only way to have the balls come at you faster? It seems like that is the case for me.

    In your video (for example at 2:01), the two support arms that go under the table are shown. Can you please let me know the distance from the machine body to the end of the support arms? I have a ping pong conversion table that sits on top of my pool table and there is a limited space between the underside of the ping pong table and the edge of the pool table. I just need to know if this unit will fit my setup. Thanks

    hi! i have the robot. it works at advertised. just one question? how do i set it just for forehand? i havent found the configuration yet for that. just to both sides (oscilliation) i want to put it just to throw balls for the right hand (forehand) can you help me?

    • @vizull371
      @vizull371  3 роки тому +2

      Hi Dano and thank you for your message!
      If you want to practice only one side, you need to reduce the ball frequency to 0, oscillation 1, and then pause the robot when you see the robot's head aiming at your forehand or backhand. Then reduce oscillation to 0, ball frequency to your desire speed, topspin to 3, backspin 1.
      Backspin should always be 1 for topspin practice. If you want more topspin, then increase the setting in the topspin and adjust the robot's head.
      Also, you can use the shortcut topspin on the right side. However, once you press that option, the configuration gets locked. So, you need to press it again to unlock it and reduce oscillation to 0 if you just want to practice on one side.
      Please let me know if you have another question. :)

    Thanks for sharing. It is very helpful. I still have problems with changing the settings. Do you where can I download a detailed manual?

      No, but maybe I can help.
      Someone else asked me something similar, and this is what I replied:

    How do I set up robot to attack short backspin serve with Chicita backhand

    • @vizull371
      @vizull371  2 роки тому

      You need to arrange the head of the robot and adjust the level of backspin.
      I might do a video later on explaining how to do this!
      Thanks for your question!

    bottom motor works for reverse side only not supply to the top
    Do you have any idea to make motor run to forward ?

    • @vizull371
      @vizull371  2 роки тому

      It was working before? or does it work when you press top spin?
      If not, you need to contact customer support and they will send you the parts that you need so that you can replace them.
      Let me know if you have more questions :)

      Did you ever fix this??? My bottom motor isn’t working either. Only the topspin motor.
      Is there a way to contact SUZ directly. Mine is brand new and not working. Very disappointed.

    is this better than the Amicus?

    • @vizull371
      @vizull371  2 роки тому

      Amicus is more advance, but it is also more glitchy, which I hate. Honestly I think this robot runs smoothly all the time and it is perfect for the price.
      If you are an advance player and want to practice something really specific, then Amicus or the new Joola Robot are going to be better. Just keep in mind that those "advance" robots are glitchy.
