I have this doorbell and I love it. I do have it hardwired. I also have an iPhone and on the notification, if I swipe left and click options I can mute for 1 hour or "for today". FYI. :) Great review and your instructions on each function is very helpful!
I got this doorbell, tp-link sent me email that I could get it for $75, I have it hardwired so it always on, I'm happy with the video quality and the notifications are super quick. Wish there was a option to add more chime sounds to it. The only flaw I can find which seems to me more of an app issue then the actual doorbell. I have SD card installed and set to 24/7 recording with loop recording, when the app thinks the SD card is full I can no longer view recording/events in the app, even though when I pull out the SD card I able to verify that it the doorbell is recording and doing loop recording as intended but the app won't let me view the recordings, the fix to this is that I have to format the SD card and then I can view recording again. So ultimately this seems to be an app issue rather then a hardware issue.
Yes, but the one problem with that is remember to turn it back on. That is the difference between snoozing for x amount of time and turning on privacy mode.
