The closest you’ll get to being “too big” is maybe you’re rocking a higher body fat % but that’s not what most of us want. Most of us want to be 12% with size and that’s only potentially gonna happen with a 20 year grind
ill add a tip from a trainer i know - dont do straight leg hanging raises for abs - it is wrong form. always do knee raises and roll your back a bit to bring knees closer to the chest.
for shoulders I feel learning a Hand stand push up is the best exercise you can do ( but yh not for beginners) and if a beginner I feel calisthenics is the way to go their so many compound exercises you can do anywhere anytime and it’s cheaper. And never ever forget to train your neck.

What about eating. Muscles only show if you body fat is not to high but you need to eat enough to build muscle. I go with the simple rule to buy stuff that has high protein in it and add as much veggtables and salad to my meals as I feel compfortable. But I dont think to much about it. I know if I eat more sugger and less vegtables I slowly gain weight. Since I sometimes eat unhealty stuff I am now in the stage to keep my weight. If I stop the sugger and eating unhealty stuff for a week I immediatly see that my sixpack comes through. I am thinking that is the perfect eating to build muscles as well. How are you guys doing the eating part?
