OSU was in no real harm of losing this game.

You can feel how the Ryan Day haters hate that Ohio State won.

Dan and Pat are not OSU fans. Never have been. They should go back to sucking SEC $icks like they usually do. They love that juice for sure.

They managed the heck out of this game. Ryan Day is a genius !!!

Day only attempted 6 passes in the second half. Splain it to me, Lucy 😂

I disagree with Dan. Ohio State was never in jeopardy of losing that game. Notre Dame came back in garbage time. Ohio State let up on defense. They knew Notre Dame would never score enough against that defense to win the game. They were right. Another thing Dan said that's wrong is that if Notre Dame tied it up, he didn't know what Ohio State would do. Ohio State had 500 yards against them. The Irish could not stop them. So the answer is, Ohio State would have scored again.

After their only stop and the fumble recovery, Notre Dame had a chance. Cred to OSU, kept Irish to 53 yards rushing. Irish should have gone for 4th and 9, too. Notre Dame blew their chance 😮

Exactly, it was 31 - 7 in the 3rd. We went into a prevent defense and into a "run the clock out mode," allowing ND to come back a little bit but Ohio State was never in danger of losing the game. We could've gotten aggressive at any point but knew that it was too little too late.

@@distainedrogue536 You were definitely in danger of ND tying it. And you know this. We were down eight, third and long, and if your attempt falls incomplete, you're going to punt it and we have a perfectly good shot of getting the 8 points needed to get it to OT, with plenty of time left to do so. So as much as a blowout as it appeared to be, you almost let it get away from you.

Play never let up on defense they just played defense to shut down the quarterback and the short passing it ended up giving up a couple big plays and we missed some tackles and then we got really touchy and we've been touchy all year with those corners

It's 4th and 9 the top defense in Goal Line Stands what's a quarterback that is slightly inconsistent with the short pass even if they wanted it they're not running for 9 yards he was supposed to get his three points which continues his team's momentum I'm sure they had a trick play up their sleeve that they wanted to go to it just didn't work out from Notre Dame who made a push the game was over at 31 we were all wondering if they could score more than 20 points they did slightly I got boat raced in the middle of the game where Notre Dame is given the most credit for playing best

For teams playing for national championships the rivalry games are not as important. This is more like an NFL schedule where Super Bowl champs lose to rivals. It really doesn’t matter. As well as conference championships, do they really matter that much.

Why pick on Ohio State only, both Oregon and Texas spent more than $20 Million each on their NIL in the same year

Actually you could argue that they beat 7 of the top 8...

Pat “But they lost Michigan”. Michigan cheated for 2.5 years dude. Half the wins are still going to be vacated my man. NOA still not released after it was due in December. Tell me thats not an ominous sign.

Universities and conferences using their high priced lawyers to take advantage of teenagers is not good. When is the last time they played hardball with a coach reneging on their commitment? Standard employment law should apply. Unregulated NIL contracts should not be enforceable.

I love that play because if you watch the line the number to receiver for Ohio State's Corner fell down immediately and it forced the safety to come up to cover number two and he couldn't help over the top for JJ they're both lined up on the same side number two's Corner Falls soon as the ball gets hiked that corner comes up immediately and that balls in the air a little stronger on JJ runs into the touchdown the great play by Will Howard floats deep balls it's never a laser go Buckeyes

Yep, OSU was in so much trouble and got lucky. They had no control in this game. This is how you saw this game??? What if, What if, What if. Guess what it didn't happen, you fools. I can't believe you get paid to do this. What a waste of money.
