Great point about trimming the lawn first I been doing that since last year Why? Because I can see the hidden things in the grass that can hurt people or equipment
Hello Art, I am not currently taking on any new properties. I focused the last two years on securing larger properties so I spend less time in the truck driving around.
Ayyyye the 72 bbw mower 😍😂 60 is pushing it on some of my smaller yards, otherwise I would have bought an old 72 years ago. I do have one large property with a huuuge back hill that she might have struggled with, though. Even my 60 had a few issues at first until I squeezed wider tires on her -- which reminds me, I should buy spacers on Amazon to put on her for this season 🤔... definitely have to look into that. All this talk about 72, and right now I'm more stoked about getting out and mowing with my new Exmark 30 😂
The 72 looks comfy! I wish I had more yards around here with no fencing, that’d be awesome. You just don’t really come across that here, unfortunately...And yes, I do the same thing...I trim the properties first to check stuff out before getting the mower on it.
It is surprisingly comfy. I was worried about since I’ve been on standers for a while. It took me a while to get away from properties with small gates and it’s been great since! Have a blessed Easter!
What beast of a mower!! Keep up the great content. Was a busy week for my first week back at it. Next week is looking to be busier!!! Spring time grind!! 👊🏼👊🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🔥🔥🔥
Great video again Mr Mitchell. I have a question about trimming hedges in High Point. I’m new to the business this year and have a customer wanting 10 box woods trimmed and I have no idea about pricing. Any information would be helpful. Thanks , Mike at A and M Lawn Care.
Thanks. Just estimate how long it would take you to shape each bush, clean up the debris and haul everything off. Add in a dump fee if you acquire one. You should have established an hourly rate, so apply it to your estimated time. Wahlah...estimate done
As an owner of some ZK Standers, I will start by saying Wright make an awesome mower....IMO they messed up by partnering with Vanguard/Briggs. They are sh*t engines and thats why Briggs went bankrupt. They need to offer the big block Kawasaki 37hp enngine.
Vanguards are run on all the top mowers now. They have a better EFI system compared to the Kawasaki (closed loop) and are more fuel efficient and quieter. Great engine
@@tylermacconnell217 OK you keep thinking that...I have had both Vanguard, Kawai and Kohler....Vanguard engines failed my fleet every time....Ill keep with Kohler and Kawai engines....LOL Briggs are junk.
I like the mower.
Good to see the gaurds on your string trimmer .
Yes sir! I always keep them on 😊
Great mower
yes sir! Thanks for tuning in Paul !

I trim, edge, mow then blow it all clean
On all lawns? Or just overgrown lots?

I always trim first on overgrown yards so that I can mow the grass clippings from trimming
Very smart!

Haha 30 mower needs loving too
@@mithgo_outdoor 😂 True Indeed.
Good video. Yes i would go around with my trimmer first and it definitely saved my mower from finding things
Can never be too safe!
sorry if you have linked to this, but where can I get a hitch mount like is on the mower in this video?
Hey Bobby, check out the Dttach Mfg link in the video description. That's where the front hitches are from. Have a great day! #MLC10
Man that mower is really something!! Sweet. Have a blessed easter.✝️
I think I’m gonna really enjoy it! Happy Easter
How long did that lawn take? What size and how much do you charge for that property?
I think less than a hour. And I charged $175
Great video bro 👍
Glad you enjoyed...have a great Easter weekend!
The small lots always seem to have the most trimming. Love that big deck
you got that right! there are always a ton of things to trim around.

@@mithgo_outdoor You too dude!
Hi , I’m from florida how much would you charge for an acre and a 1/4 property?
There are many factors that go into quoting a lawn. I never quote one blindly. Could be anywhere from $100-150 depending on edging/trimming and more.
@@mithgo_outdoor thank you so much for sharing with me your knowledge I appreciate it. God bless you, have a great day
You should do a video on how the zxt 72 compares to your old zk 72 and 37 vs 40 and how your liking the suspension on that zxt
That’s a great idea!
Love the video!! Just subbed!
Awesome! Thanks for the support! Happy Easter
Wow. The stance on that this is amazingly large, idk if it’s larger than my Cub though 😂
She’s a brute! I believe she has your Cub beat lol

Do you always trim first or just one the over grown ones? I always trim first and then use the mower to help cut down on the blowing times.
Only on overgrown properties or new properties
