We, too, had an issue with Heshy on a Shavous program that got cancelled and took me months with threats to finally get the $ back with a headchec k that I was able to cash out earlier. He cursed me and my family and banned me from ever attending any of his programs. He is a deliberate and calculated crook. Good luck to all the victims.....

Couldn't have said it better, I worked for him last pesach working 15+ hour days for 3 weeks as a back house manager dealing with all the deliveries and storage but never saw a penny. Over the past year i have been able to reach him from different phone numbers (since he blocked my number) whenever i spoke to heshy or his brother it would turn into a whole yelling match and he would blame his brother Moishe ahron, and Moishe ahron would blame him
One red flag is that because he couldn't pay 70k somehow he lost everything. Why couldn't he borrow 70k in order to avoid this whole thing. Makes no sense
Imho, some of the onus has to fall on the media companies taking money from advertisers without doing basic background checks as well as Rabbonim and influencers putting their names on the program.
With an active bankruptcy, and many stories floating around...this headache was likely avoidable.
How hard is it to do some discreet background checking before endorsing and spreading a program.
I want to know how much money from this years victims was paid to Passover Listings, Mishpacha, other advertising venues, etc...
If they didn't do basic checking that they weren't running a scam - they should be apologizing at a minimum and should consider tougher advertising standards.

Zev, tell us the name of heshy goldstein's rabbi or admor, which yeshiva he went to and what sect he belongs to.
There's heshy and Moishe ahron Goldstein i know 1 lives in toms river and the other lives in Monsey not sure which lives where and they are both chasidish lmk if there's anything else i can tell you. Me and some other family members worked for him last year pesach in the kart rite resort upstate but me nor any of my family members saw a penny

I was by the last 2 programs with hershi #1 he has a heart of gold at his 1st Pessach program he got troubled by sini Rubin sini Rubin got (steeled) money from a person named aminov which he called sini to din torah, at the hotel sini got all kind of druggist into the hotel just search the history of sini and the rest you should judge
I heard that story too but that was another rumor spread by Heshy. It was Rubins program and Aminov was just one investor who started dealing with Goldstein and got screwed.
@@jacobjunior3692 RUMOR?? i was their at that pessach sini told avi fishoff to bring anyone to this program on his behalf sini was all the time walking around with 2 females, sini got some conflict with his assistance with the name Yona on this, sini got in trouble with rabbi gruber on kashrus violation they needed to get security each night in the kitchen ,y was sini got arrested after peassach, just search on line his history which will give you more details
@@rsg7520I understand that you were at that program but how do you know what went on behind the scenes? Is there even ONE person (vendor, customer, staff member) who can PERSONALLY claim that Rubin owes them anything from that program.....if there is let them come on and let Rubin respond.
I've also heard what you said but I've spoken to both parties and there's alot that u don't know. Maybe ur speaking from Heshy but this is what he does. He blames others.
So basically this heshy keeps on having problems with everyone so let him move on so people don't suffer
