It took me 10 years of failing, reading a shit ton of books and learning from good managers. 3 simple principles guide my decision making A happy team is a productive team Ensure team have tools to meet the job and in a safe, organised and comfortable environment The more you invest in your people the greater your results, it all starts and ends with the team. @Steventrafford @mo-chen Thank you for the principals. I agreed with you that happy team happy results. We need to build trust in the team to improve the culture. We can’t use position/title to order staff to obey you and belittle your staffs by your words against them. Invest in staffs by provide trainings. There are many managers but a few good managers who are ready to be a leader. Managers and leaders are humans too. They have emotions and egos. Practice let go of own egos at work and lead a team. Will have better results. Everyone should be safe to spake at work instead of silencing them from talking.
