The Ueno Zoo Monorail, officially known as the Ueno Suspension Line, was the first monorail in Japan to open in 1957. Unfortunately, due to aging and other factors, its operation was suspended from November 2019 and discontinued in 2023. Please take a look at this nostalgic sight that cannot be seen now.
