Very bad tax system forcing many intelligent people leave the country. The income tax system should take 3 yrs or five years average for taxing . We may file returns every year but when you don't have or less of income, refund from last year or before last year's payments. Unless the government thinks and takes steps in favor of sincere tax payer, hardwork doesn't have meaning
