Good god there's a lot of ignorance in these comments. It took me all of five to confirm that THIS CAR IS TURBOCHARGED. It is a 997 Porsche 911 RSR modefied by Dijkstra Racing Team to be turbocahrged.
it's at spa francorchamps in belgium, it's a very nice racetrack and if u would be there u could see how steep that climb is after the hairpin .... i know it because i did a race with my bike (bycycle) on it :-)
This is a turbocharged car. You can never usually hear turbos over the very loud sequential gearbox in race cars. And no i won't look at the "Porsche homepage". This car has been modified.

That whining sound is the gearbox not the turbos. It's a straight-cut gearbox and the sound is the gear heads rubbing together.
