If you have a clipper and it's over $100 it should atleast be offered in aluminum or stainless steel even because one wrong drop and I know it would bust or break the clips off the battery
thank you for this video! we have several of the Bravmini and Bravura clippers at our veterinary practice. I was debating on getting the Vetiva but am hesitant because the bravmini blades are not interchangeble. Is the only real difference in the charging/run times?? this is not our issue, I find the blades on the bravmini get dull quickly would the Vetiva be worth the extra dollar amount?
The blade quality and durability is no different between these models. So you would not see any longer life span on the Vetiva blade over the bravmini blades
@@TheEdgePro And this new version still comes with a #30 blade? May I know where I can buy the lithium ion version? Is that a better version than the NiMH? Want something that will last longer battery-wise. I read NiMH usually lasts only up to 2 yrs. Thank you for your help!
@@PixieD8 We are currently out of stock on the Bravmini with the lithium battery. You could google it and see who has them available. The new version does come with the same blade.
@@TheEdgePro I looked everywhere but can’t find a lithium ion version. Even Wahl said it comes with NiMH. Do you happen to have the box or manual of the BravMini in your video that shows it has Lithium Ion? Because if so, I want to buy one from you when you restock. Thanks for your help!
Hi Dee... It looks like I was actually mistaken. I was thinking of the Bravura (the full size version of this tool), which had a NiMH older version and is now currently Lithium Ion. The Bravmini is only being made with the NiMH battery.
I went to Wahl canada to have it warrantied. They discovered that the wires were connected backwards on the polarities during the manufacturing process.
Thank you! The Bravmini has let me down many times and I need something similar but better. Trying the Vetiva for my Cresteds!
Awesome! Thank you for your feedback!

Is the Vetiva like the mini version of Creativa?
I just got a BravMini+ and it doesn’t have a lithium ion battery-only NiMH. Is there a version using lithium ion?
Hi Dee! The older version of the Bravmini had a NiMH battery while the current version has a lithium ion battery.

Just unboxed the bravmini and docked it for charging but the led light doesn't turn on. Anyone have this issue?
contact the company, its a faulty base, I had 2 that had this issue
Always make sure the switch is in the off position before charging.
