One of the Major problems Globally is relationship issues, To experience long life and peaceful marriage, learn from those who have experienced peaceful marriage and have people who their marriage is worth to model around you.
But you must PRACTICE, PRACTICE what you want to experience in your marriage.

I'm willing to bet 50 dollars she is projecting because she finds other men attractive and fanaticizes about it. On top of that, after they agreed on a nanny, she took a long HARD look at herself and realized she isn't 100% wife material.

We always talk about the divorce rate, but what is the rate of success in couples who don't marry? There are unmarried mates who last for 20 years and those who only last for 2, just like married couples. The problem isn't marriage but the lack of healthy dynamics within a relationship.

Your view is PC but somewhat naive. My best friend hired an attractive nanny. After going out one day, she and I walked into her kitchen to find her husband looking out the window, mesmerized by something in their backyard. It was the nanny doing Downward Dog with her butt conveniently pointed to the kitchen window. She was given 2 weeks notice that afternoon. She unsuccessfully sued my friend and her husband. Not worth the hassle.

I would hire the nanny I think is best qualified to take care of my child. If they decide to pursue a relationship then that's on them. They can go. Bye. I wouldn't hire a relative even though there's pros the cons. They won't have that professional boundary, will probably speak about you and what happens in your home to the rest of your family and will feel some sort of entitlement. I'd hire a nanny with an NDA and one i can get rid of as and when I need to. Hiring family is so messy.

I don't like this guy's advice. He's supposed to speak life into people but he speaks nothing but doom. "Marriage is like the lottery and you're probably not going to win." "Divorced people get time away from their kids." Why would you speak so negatively to someone embarking on the already scary journey of marriage? If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Divorced people don't want time away from their kids! What is wrong with this guy? The worst part of divorce is you don't get to see your kid every night. If you're not heartbroken about that then you probably shouldn't be a parent.

I understand how society is there, with freedom comes instability. If there's a choice you'll take the easy way out, if not today then a few years down the line. Your children don’t need a nanny. They need parents. The first few years of their lives are extremely important for their healthy development, learning bonding and having healthy attachment. The next few years after that it’s you who teach them about being a good person - honest, kind, empathetic, being responsible, having good work ethics and good moral characters, so on and so forth.
That’s your god-given privilege and rights that no nanny can replace. Why would you want your children to bond with and learn life values from someone else?
Having children is challenging. It’s the most important job in the world. If your career is more important to you, don’t plan to have children. If you want both, then plan better. (1) Be married. (2) Get your spouse to be on the same page with you about issues with taking care and raising kids, it’s a shared responsibility. (3) Discuss this BEFORE having children and have concrete plans.
When you’re making big purchases like a house, a car ect. You’ll discuss that ahead of time, don’t you? Why would you just pop these human beings out without serious consideration?
