Insurance Repair Approval Strategies | Advice For A General Contractor

- A general contractor handling major property damage repairs for 14 insurance restoration clients called me for advice on getting better insurance adjuster approval strategies for damaged homes and with processing insurance repair estimates with Xactimate. These repair jobs contain roofing repairs and roofing replacement, major interior property damage, water restoration mitigation, contents packing and contents storing, as well as major insurance reconstruction repairs.
This contractor, Conor Dolan, is an extremely sharp and intelligent winner who works in Georgetown, Texas for his company called the CK Development Group LLC, which he and his amazing wife run. Thanks for the video Chad. Quick question, what can you do if the insurance company Edits their xactimate pricing and its different from my own? Same month on both estimates, but theirs is grossly underpriced. thanks!
