Love the Ina Bauer and inside edge to outside edge spiral (MK anyone?)! I wish those elements were more valued. Remember the days when the spiral was a required element?
We get used to spinning because we do it a lot and don't get as dizzy and it passes more quickly. Also in programs it's common to add choreo that's not too difficult after a spin so it's easier to stay balanced. And the longest spins are often right at the end of the program so dizziness doesn't affect the skating afterwards :D
@@susannaskye8419 I can't speak for everyone but for me there's been absolutely zero difference skating with a mask. And it isn't related to respiratory functions anyways. The sensation of spinning related dizziness is caused by the vestibular system giving signals that you are still spinning even though you are not. A mask has no effect on that
We had "Celin Dion on ice" SP in the previous season and Loena Hendrickx was very successful. Plus...this kind of song is very powerful, overpowering and it puts skating in a second plan, skater was kinda lost in it.

Take the mask off makes it l9ok like you are in a hospital not a rink!. It looks silly as well as a risk to your health when exercising.
