You should try laser hair removal if you want to maintain a hairless look. It's painful at times too (though nothing compared to waxing) but it's permanent (unlike waxing). Takes multiple sessions but you have the ideal skin/hair color for it.

Anyone who has sensitive skin or low tolerance to pain need to learn how to relax more, because when you react badly to anything your body register it as something exciting to your nervous system, thus you will be in a sympathetic excited nervous system state that day, instead of you just learn to progressively relax into harsh things your body will literally evolve your skin for next usage to better adapt. just like growing muscles. there's no such thing as a fixed sensitive skin or low tolerance to pain, its dynamic depending on how evolved you are mentally physically and spiritually.

Anyone who has sensitive skin or low tolerance to pain need to learn how to relax more, because when you react badly to anything your body register it as something exciting to your nervous system, thus you will be in a sympathetic excited nervous system state that day, instead of you just learn to progressively relax into harsh things your body will literally evolve your skin for next usage to better adapt. just like growing muscles. there's no such thing as a fixed sensitive skin or low tolerance to pain, its dynamic depending on how evolved you are mentally physically and spiritually.
