Grate vid. A Good tip put some sanitise Marbles into the bags to weigh them down. I usually do that for hops when i make beer

If you freeze the fruit first the cell walls burst & it is easier to get more flavors & sugars from the fruit
That's a good practice that I usually use with berries.
Actually the black parts of the banana, add to the flavor and should not be thrown out.
