Hellloooo! My name is Clancy and I'm originally from Long Island, NY, whch is about 40 minutes from NYC. In 2017, I moved to Ohio to become a TV news reporter, but after waking up at 2 a.m. for 5 years, I decided to leave that job and pursue UA-cam full-time.
I recently bought a house in Cincinnati and love making all kinds of videos, focusing on everything from money and finances (saving, budgeting, and being financally independent in your 20's) to health, fitness, and nutrition, to beauty and fashion.

Asher probably got Kennel Cough from the Doggy daycare. It is highly contagious with dogs. You might want to notify them so they can disinfect the center
Kennel cough doesn't go away on it's own,it actually will get much worst and it's contagious to other dogs. Meds and isolation from other dogs is the way to go(coming from a vet tech)

Dogs DO love exploring new scents and areas. Its great for enrichment and tiring them out
I vote putting the art over the dresser! It’s recommended not to hang heavy items over the crib and I think that large wall would look great with the art!

I love Zac’s sense of humor it reminds me of my son’s sense of humor. You both make me laugh 🤣
You look terrific pregnant. You are gaining what you should in a very healthy way. Every pound you're gaining is actual pregnancy weight, and you are building an entire human being. You are staying active, which should also help your body with labor and delivery.. We gain 20-35 lbs when pregnant, and we are suppose to as that is baby, placenta, extra fluid and blood volume, bigger breasts, etc. When women gain 70-90 lbs during pregnancy, most of that is just gaining excess body fat during a time when they also happen to be pregnant, and that's not really pregnancy weight. That is when doctors get nervous because that can cause a myriad of health concerns for both mom and baby. With the way you have gained so far, you're good. At the end, we seem to gain more, but that's really the baby gaining up to a 1/2 lb a week on their body as they fill out. Almost all of what we gain last trimester is instantly gone with delivery and fluid loss post delivery.
I'm not even preggo and love using a pregnancy pillow lol So comfy and helps position myself to help my back

Also, if you’re like this w Asher, just wait till you have your baby! You will only be as happy as your saddest child is. I have 3 kids (25, 21, 13) and when my 13yo is upset abt something, or not feeling well and still goes to school, I will worry and think abt how he’s feeling and you just take that all on yourself. I feel like Asher was put into your life to literally, mold you into motherhood🥰
I love my husbands answer, " Your not fat your pregnant ". I remember wearing tube tops in the house we would just laugh. Enjoy this time Clancy. It truly is special

Yes, less stuff is more. The simplicity is also great bc it’s so much less to have to dust and clean and that’s more valuable time for moms. ❤

If I could recommend anything at all for baby regarding decorations, toys, anything, it would be colorful things. Color is such an important part of their development and it’s more intriguing to them than nudes and grays and stuff that grown-ups find more peaceful and appealing. I’m sure you’re aware, but I feel like aesthetic has taken over development in the recent years 😅 babies needs lots of colors in their life ♥️
I love Zach! I get his jokes , but I’m a sucker for a dry sense of humor, I think those are the funniest my husband says shit all the time and when I first met him I thought I needed to explain his sense of humor well that was over 20 yrs ago & now I just shake my head and laugh & figure some ppl just need to lighten up if they get offended that’s on them cuz the things he says are hilarious & im sick of everything offending ppl when he’s literally just lightening up on how hard shit gets in this world& he’s just being honest lol and laughing is the best medicine!! there are these collapsible dog bowls for the car that you could look at for asher! i have one and its been sooooo helpful in many occasions, like hikes/parks, long trips, bars etc :)💙
Insurance usually covers a pump too and also a belly band. Get the spectra if you have the choice between it and medela!

Being pregnant was the only time in my life I can remember not being self- conscience about my body, it was so nice. I normally would never wear tight clothes, but actually felt comfortable doing so while pregnant which was fun.

It’s so hard to know what not to do while pregnant. Plus there are so many opinions from so many people. Someone, somewhere will have a story about everything. You do what you feel comfortable taking, eating, doing etc. ♥️
When I was 8 mo. pregnant with my second son, my dad asked me to run up to the store and buy him a six pack of beer. I was mortified at the register.😮😊❤

I’m so glad you aren’t concerned with body image in pregnancy. I will say the bigger I got in my pregnancy, the more comfortable I felt in my body. There is an odd in between when no one knows that you are pregnant. I enjoyed everyone knowing. Gain is a great sign of a healthy baby. And afterwards learning and loving your new body takes enough as it is. Enjoy it! ❤

Kennel cough is the hazard of doggie daycare unfortunately.
And yeah I had a runt kitten that was non stop sneezing and at first they gave me an antibiotic and she just got worse and almost died. I was very forcefully telling them there is something else wrong. They gave an antiviral and that fixed her. You have to advocate for your pet because even vets try to gaslight you.

lol, I just reused my college dorm bins for my baby’s dresser. And for the “theme”, it’s basically just moons and stars blanket, sheet, and a blue rug. That’s it 😆.

I recommend getting a regular pump (most plug into the wall) in addition to the hands free momcozy one you got. Call your insurance because you can usually get one free through them!
Tylenol is fine. I took it a lot during pregnancy. It was the only pain med I could take. If you ever doubt something call your OB
I’m not pregnant, but I feel the exact way about body image. I’ve luckily never struggled with it and I find it so beautiful to grow, change and pregnancy in general!!! It’s such a blessing and so beautiful what our bodies can do

I delivered in August, and OMG, it was so hot and kept my AC at 64😂 I cannot recommend enough how good it feels to go swimming! No pressure on joints and my belly didn’t pull on my back. 10/10 recommend ❤

Ahh I’m so early today! I always struggled with body dysmorphia. My first pregnancy I shot up to 196 😮 both of my girls were biiig babies. But I would do it all over again
I loved baby wearing and the carrier you have looks like the same style that my favorite was. Very comfortable and supportive. With that said, I would also suggest you buy a wrap vs a carrier for when your baby is super tiny/to a few months old. Baby won’t fit very well in the carrier until they grow. If you want to baby wear from early on, I’d suggest a wrap!
I felt really disconnected from my body when I was pregnant. I felt horrible about it because I fought so hard to get healthy enough to have my daughter. I was also so sick I ate a lot of carbs in order to keep food down.
On another note, baby carriers are so game changing! I solo parent a lot and my daughter is very clingy. We just went for a walk this morning with the dog, and she was on my back watching the trees go by. Stroller refusal is a thing, especially when they’re a toddler!
Never heard of giving marshmallows with the pill inside to a dog. Lol.
We do peanut butter, and down the gullet it goes. 🤣

Hey love! In addition to the belly, I always found that my rib cage circumference got bigger when pregnant which is harder to navigate. Make sure there is either elastic or enough room right where your bra band lies. Hope this helps ❤

I loved being pregnant. I felt so special I was never upset that my body was changing just so darn exited. After all I was carrying my husband's child. I was growing a human. It was one of the best times of my life. I just knew the moment I got pregnant sounds crazy but true on all three pregnancies. From the fist day to the last it was my honor and privilege never a burden. Today they are all grown I sit back and just marvel at it all.
Re: the straightener: do you still have/use the Dyson styling tool? Thinking of getting one but I can't remember if you decided to return yours in which case I won't bother lol

Pretty much everyone I know went with a whimsical nursery and then around 1 or 2 the room needs to be redone to be way more fun for a toddler. So I went right to fun to begin with because painting and decorating is expensive and so much work!

Don’t forget to get a good wall pump. I had portables and it didn’t “empty me” all the way. I have the spectra 1 and swear by it. Love it way more than my portables

I have PCOS too. It took my fiancé and I 7 months ttc for our daughter. 6 months natural and one cycle of letrozole. I lost 40 lbs for it to be easier for me to get pregnant. I was so thankful when I got pregnant. Pregnancy, birth and postpartum aren’t easy at all but most definitely worth it all.
Baby wearing is so important. I almost never used a stroller.

My friend had a baby at the end of April. She posted a picture of her when she went to the hospital and said "I was worried I just looked bloated" and she looked soooo pregnant.
I think that might be a lag in our brains where we cant keep up with how fast our bodies change.
I’m 21 weeks and had two days last week where I was really crampy and them BAM. The bump showed up. This is my second pregnancy and it took a while for me to show last time, too. Even at 40 weeks, I was still pretty small. Every woman’s body carries differently.
I love how everything is so serious for Clancy it's 0 or 10 no in between especially with Asher, imagine the little boy 😂😂
I've always had chubby cheeks and even when I was like 30 I was literally laughed at when I went to order a drink and almost turned away until they saw my ID.
I've lost weight since then and I'm now 38 and definitely looking a little older and yeah I have some grey of course it's right at the top so it's noticeable but I dye it. If it were on the underneath I probably wouldn't bother.
Clancy you do you only you know your body .. Baby carriers are nice but remember never wake a sleeping baby. Marshmallow are an interesting choice to hide pills for dogs I’ve always used pill pockets that they sell . I will have to try the marshmallow trick.
I am a round face girl so I understand! I’m 23 and was mistaken for 16 the other day which is not that uncommon for me😅 my day will come!
