Hi there! Story time: my ENTIRE life, I struggled with Maths. Graded 3, 2 or even bellow. I have always felt stupid because of this part of me. But since the SAT has always been a dream, I kept pushing. After trying out many, many, different methods, I started watching these videos. Around a month later, I get a 760 on the Math section. I won’t ever have the words to thank you. I can only hope you see this and it brings a smile to your face. You have changed my life. No words will ever be enough. I’m being repetitive so I’m just gonna go now. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!
You’re so welcome, thank you for sharing this, you made my day. Congratulations and best of luck to you!!

Wow. Congratulations on that score! Very inspirational story and extremely impressive.
I just had a Practice Test on Bluebook and I got a 1150 in total, 570 in Math. I'm never the brightest in class but I only have 2 months left fot the SAT. Do you think it's possible? How many hours did you spend a day?
The man who will receive billions of goodness
Thank you!
many, many.
he surely would

Thank you soooo much! You don't even know how helpful you are. I was getting frustrated relearning algebra for my upcoming sat but you summarized and reviewed everything I was having trouble with and you are truly a blessing! I can't thank you enough!!!!
You're very welcome!
I have my SAT on march and I watched this video because I nearly forgot how to do most of these since calculus made me forget most of this lol. Thanks for reminding me how to do these
You're very welcome!!
Hi! how was the exam!
I hope you done good💪🏻
can you share your Experience at the examination
Bro same 😂 like I'm in AP calc but omg how tf do I do basic algebra again??? 😂😂
Can't thank enough, you are a legend.
You're very welcome!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you SO MUCH for your content. You are incredibly, absolutely, and definitely talented with explaining everything that comes out of your mouth. I've never come across someone that can simplify and explain math concepts like you can. I have the SAT in a few months, but because I'm in junior year, not in any accelerated math courses, and have a tendency to forget information, I don't know all(or any) of the things I need to in order to ~excel~. In fact, I colored in the A bubble on more than half of PSAT math questions as my well-refined and probability-centered guessing strategy (I swear, every PSAT math question was about functions, AKA my arch-enemy). Though, I've steadily been binging through your videos and taking notes on everything and I'm starting to understand math better now. You're my choice of weapon when it comes to fighting through the math on the SAT. Thank you again for everything you do. If you end up reading this, I apologize for the sheer length of this paragraph--it probably isn't grammatically correct or understandable either. If 'y' represents this year, I hope that everything gets > it. And I wish you a positive slope. Okay, I'm done with the math jokes now haha
Studying for the sat and you made things so much easy! Definitely going to watch the other parts 10/10
ua-cam.com/video/OsnN4H9csWM/v-deo.html🎉
Omg this was extremely helpful!! Thank you so so much! You should release a SAT Math book!
Working on it!
I have tried so many different studying strategies to prepare for the SAT, including paying expensive SAT tutors, but you explain it way better than them. With the help of your videos, I may finally get a solid math score. Thank you so much!
You are so welcome! Keep me updated on your score!
what did you get
.
@Shmrnt • Nothing spectacular. Some of us can watch countless videos and still not understand some of the more complex problems. When I mean "we," I refer to the average or somewhat above average student, the person not reaching the 1400s or 1500s, and obviously not a perfect score. It is crucial to recognize which concepts go completely over our heads, and thus, focus and master the ones that do not. Nonetheless, I wish you guys all the best. If I could give you one tip, I would say that you should be mindful of the types of questions you struggle with from the beginning and give those your best effort. Also, strive towards a score you can realistically reach, and do not compare yourself to others (It may feel discouraging at first to hear of your peers who ace the test more swiftly than you could imagine). Anyway, I am already applying to colleges, so it is not like I can go back in time, but I hope this helps.
As good as it gets.. concise and fluent teaching. thanks for sharing!

Amazing to hear, good luck to you!!!
how did u do?
@@green5815 thanks for asking but I took the PSAT in October 2020 and that's the score I got. I'm going to take it again this April but when I do practice tests I get around a 1240
It's sad that your parents stopped believing in you over an SAT score, which is meaningless past HS. They should really reconsider how they view academics.
I'm a junior in HS and I got just around your score for the PSAT but my parents didn't straight up disown my mind because I scored that low.

I have a question, in Systems of Linear Equations Substitution are we ignoring the negative sign? I thought the 6x and -2x would've been 4x. Am I doing something wrong?
great
but i suggest u elaborate on somethings like under systems of linear inequalities, how do u even plot the graph in place

My pleasure! Thank you for your continued support!
17:08 so if it’s a positive, do you have to still flip the symbol ?
Do you plan on making a series like this for the ACT? Or are the test too similar for that?
Possibly if there is enough demand for it.
I'm a bit confused though, how do you plot the line with the given equation 20:15
Is there not gonna be a part 2, 3, 4? I have my sat on September 26th. Could you upload the rest before that?

@@aashirrrrr ok yeah update me! I have mine on Wednesday and just now study so I don’t expect much either
@@KylimaNijah What score did you end up getting?
@@aashirrrrr update
1.Variable isolation
Inverse ( opposite ) start by the outside-in
2.Linear Equations
y=x
Critical values: identify slope (monthly fee) and y intercept ( 0,y )
Initial payment, the x intercept can be called zeroes (x,0)
Slope intercept form y=mx+b
point slope form y-y1=m(x-x1)
Standard form ax + by=c
cancel out fractions multiplying sometimes by denominator and not reciprocal
3.systems of linear equations
Substitution to find x or y values if given two slope intercept (y=mx+b) to find point (x,y)
Elimination System: given two slope intercept (y=mx+b)
multiply/divide one eq to eliminate the x, then plug the x value into a (y=mx+b) to find the y value
4. Inequalities (the < and >)
Isolate to solve
One rule: when you divide or multiply both sides by a negative, you M U S T flip the inequality sign
example ( if you divide -3x > 3 , by -3
you MUST flip the sign to equal x < -1 )
5. Graph Linear Inequalities
Inequalities with the >,< need DOTTED lines
inequalities with a _ under the >,< are SOLID lines
another point : shading for linear inequalities
Comment your notes!
also these are just my notes for an SAT prep class! thank u for your video!! a good refresh!! and I messed up the numbering I think haha
Thank you so much for sharing!!
think there's a minor mistake at 8:50 with the graph - as you've drawn it it hits the point (3, 2), not (2, 3) as it should and as it's labeled. Very helpful overall though!!
Amazing video. When will you be posting the other parts?
