we can use effect " Roughen Edges" to round an image and applyy to other quickly.

Sir images ki quality pixelate hori hai...kya kra jaaye ....board bnara hu...jb camera zoom in kr raa hu toh images ki pixelated hori hai

Hi choose good quality image and precompose them, scale it down and zoom, may be you are seeng them in 1/3 resolution inside comp, turn full resolution and check, use project file if any doubt. Hope this will help Thanks!
