    So for the high rep set(s) you recommend:
    1x10 -> 3x10
    Fourth week 3x9 -> 3x1 with the same weight
    13th week, increase by 2% 1x10

    If i go deep on squats i get quad tendon pain so
    Should i train to paralel and go deep only on comp days or just wait untill its over

    I am just under 2 years in the gym. Is this advice too early for me to use? On the bench I only gain about 10 lbs every 2 months, and it feels like a plateau

      What’s your current max? For 2 years that’s potentially a pretty solid rate of gain tbh

      You're just at the phase where gains stop being linear, you don't really seem that close to a plateau yet

      a plateau is 0lbs increase in 2-3 months. you're making insane progress
