Hey guys, you made it ..... and to just a few miles from where we live! Awesome. If only we had known you then, we would have welcomed you to our home. Great place to stay, Southease is a wonderful part of the countryside with so much nature and beauty around...... On to the next vid ...... (yes, we are binge watching) 🙂
It’s good to catch up with like minded people. And I liked your advice. It’s true - traveling is fun either big or small. We’ve traveled around England and Wales quite a bit and still there are so many places to see.

as a child (soldier's daughter) I travelled the world. In between postings, we came back to England. It seems it was always autumn or winter. Now, the first whiff of coal smoke in the air, reminds me of coming home. Watch out for it when you next come. In my mind, England smells of coal smoke . Not a choking smoke, just a slight smell. It makes me feel happy.

You guys send the right message. Travel can be small. I am Canadian and live in Toronto. I enjoy small trips to Kingston, Halifax or Windsor as much as going to Europe or beyond. Travel is not about putting it on Instagram, but discovering the world around you. Thanks, you two for being such a bright light out there!

Oh wow. So many big personalities and everyone vlogging at the same time LOL Pretty intense 😱It was like seeing behind the scenes of a movie when it's at its most hectic/chaotic! I've watched a few Raya & Louis vids (including that awesome bus), they seem like a nice & fun couple. Pretty cool that Louis took the time to put together what is basically an industry event for such a niche market. Made me laugh though that an event made specifically for vloggers was held somewhere without good Wi-Fi 😂😂 I suppose most of the ppl in attendance were doing travel vlogging full time and were still sort of just starting out so the event had to be held somewhere affordable for all. I wonder how many of the people at that event have gone on to become quite successful? You guys certainly have! And R&L have a substantial following (both individually and together).

There should be more LTA events this year. If so, you should definitely try to go! It's pretty awesome meeting so many other people who are into traveling/vlogging :)

Sadly the Summit was only in England last weekend, but the LTA Crew left from there on a little trip to Slovenia and Italy :)

First of all I'm obsessed with your channel and both of you guys! I'm traveling to Costa Rica this June and I was wondering out of all the cameras you guys use, which one would you recommend for a first time camera buyer😂
Nice, so glad you like our channel! Happy to help. We use the Sony a7ii. It's not for everyone due to it's size and price, but before that we used the Sony a6000 which we loved. If you want something even smaller, check out the canon G7X or Sony RX100 👍 there's also the GoPro Hero 5 Black which is actually a great all around camera. Have a great trip!
