Remember that you only want to fully torque the LCA bolts after the car is back on the ground, otherwise you could damage the bushings.

Question - can i install sway if i already installed bwr lca, tiebar, subframe? On Civic eg hatch

Yea, as long as your LCAs have mounting points for the sway bar links.
