When you divide the Ghs 1.2 billion by the 5,000 housing project, it again implies that each unit will cost approximately Ghs 220,000 plus... So question is, how many people can really afford? Or to be sold back to family and friends at cheap rates..???
And all the contract sum has been depleted? Non of the apartments is ready for habitation. Journalists, please go after those who executed such criminal enterprise and stop bothering Akufo Addo.

My brother, the buildings are different, some are single bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, detached, semi-detached, so their prices will differ....
