I think the whole Ghana should be sold, because I don't think the Ghana we have today is serving the most majority of people. We can't have a country where leaders pride themselves of having houses and children living abroad and all citizens at any opportunity will escape this land of misery. We can't call Ghana a home!

The NPP man is not being truthful. This idea of 5000 houses for $200M is false and I expect Alex to challenge him. It was explained that the first 1500 will be sold and the money re-invested to continue till the target is met.

220m for 5000 housing units thus 40k per unit today 600k Ghc and the minimum wage is 15ghc and that should be the yard stick for affordable we just a funny people the premise for this discussion is non-existent so whatever is being said is just an excerise in futility
